A Meeting(Invite)

[Joe Bruiser]

Joe Bruiser is seen driving his 2006 Red with blue racing stripes Dodge Charger Daytona R/T. He checks his mirror to see if there is anyone behind him, there isn't. So he turns the steering wheel and pulls into the parking lot of the cafe. Joe turns the key to turn the car off, he opens the door and gets out of the car. He shuts the door and fixes his shades. Joe begins to make his way over towords the door of the cafe. Today, will be a special day in his life. The Eye of the Tiger opens the door to the cafe and heads in. He checks around the place to see if there is an open table. Sure enough there is six tables down. Joe takes a seat and removes his sunglasses. A waitress walks over to his table.

Can I get you anything sir.

Joe just smiles.

Alrighty, I'll have that to you in a minute.

Joe pulls out a copy of the letter that he wrote to this special person he plans on meeting here at the local Chi Town Cafe. It reads............

OOC: Name of this character will be Unknown until the handler posts. So will Joe as he doesn't want this person to know it is him yet.

Hi there, I know you are probably freaked out by this letter. Hell, I would be to if I found a letter in mailbox that said to (Unknown) from (Unknown). But no need to worry as I have no plans to hurt you in any way. But just in case you think that I am out to hurt you PLEASE read my letter first, hopefully then you will see that I have no plans of harming you. I know that you are thinking that you have no idea who I am so why should I read this? But actually you do know me. We have known of each other for quite some time now. Haha actually you will know me as soon as you see me at the Local Cafe. I do hope you decide to show up at lunch time here at the cafe on Saturday so we can talk. I have always admired your in ring work as well as your out of ring work. You always seemed like such a great person in my eyes, the times that I had seen you perform you were fantastic. Not only that but I have yet to see another women who has as much talent as you have. I have always wanted to meet you so I hope you greatly consider meeting me over at the local Cafe on Saturday. We will have lots to talk about haha. As I said above I will stand out so you will know who I am. Have a safe flight in and if you don't show up I will understand your reasons.

Joe folds up the letter and puts it back into his right pocket. Joe sits there and looks around as this is his first time at the cafe. He thinks to himself.

[glow=blue,2,300]"Man I need to talk to these people about selling my BWWUUZZA Energy Drink here. I bet it would sell...........*Snaps his fingers*just like that."[/glow]

The waitress comes back with Joe's Root Beer.

There you go sir, and by the way nice hair.

The waitress and Joe both laugh together.

The waitress smiles as she walks off. Joe takes a drink of his Root Beer awaiting the arrival of this Unknown Person.

[Nicole Storm]

I have just received a letter, not to long after I have arrived with Denise here in Chicago. Which is something I didn’t have excepted as just a couple of people know that I get hired by Miss Angel to work for her company. So … you can image how surprised I was as I got the letter handed over to me. But … hey, why shouldn’t I answer this nice invite to a cup of tea … I mean I don’t have anything else to do anyway at the moment.

And so I was leaving my new apartment in the direction of the café . Of course only after I have made sure I got some sort of babysitter for Denise. Ok, she is not a baby anymore, but still … its better to keep an eye on her or she will eat the whole ice cream in the freezer once again and will lay in the bed for a week with stomach-ache. But what I am really worrying about is the babysitter I have found for Denise, if you can call Jessie an babysitter. The girl is by far one of the most … craziest girls I ever have meet and … I hope she is ok … she doesn’t seam to be in a good condition.

But I think I should take care about this later on, right now I have just entered the café. It was actually a nice place, very comfortable as it appears … pretty cool to hang out and waste some time. I greet the waitress as she walks pass me to one of the taken tables. Looks like as the place is drawing money … and … WTF?? … Oh no … can’t that be? …

Joe? … Joe Bruiser?

I walk over to his table … the person who send me the letter said I will recognize him when I meet him. And lets be honest … somebody with a red afro … is surly somebody you recognize when you see him.

How is it going?

[Joe Bruiser]

Joe looks up and smiles.

Joe stands up and signals for the waitress to come over.

[glow=blue,2,300]Surprise surprise haha, told ya you would recognize me when you see me. I'm doing pretty good, just trying to settle in thats all. What about you? I hope I didn't scare you to much with the letter haha.[/glow]

As Joe awaits a response the waitress comes over.

What can I get you manm?

Both Joe and The Waitress await a response.

Well, I can only say that I am very surprised to see you here Mr. Bruiser.

I answered as I walked closer to the table, I pull a chair back and sit down on it. My view moves to the waitress who has just come back to pick up my orders and so I answer her question about what I want.

A cup of tea would be nice, my dear.

I said, only to turn my attention back to the man who send me this mysterious letter, Joe Bruiser. A former boxer who turned wrestler … A smile appears on my face as I continue with the conversation.

I am not scared, there is a lot more to do to make me scared as such a simple letter that you have send me. And it is going pretty good for me at the moment. My back is completely healed, I might not be at 100% yet … but that comes only with practice and training and what better practice it can be as to face of against some of the best wrestlers in the world. Which should be chase … when you look at the impressive roster that GCW has to offer.

But enough of me … why have you send me such a mysterious letter? You are in some sort of troubles?

Joe takes a drink.

[glow=blue,2,300]Well Nicole, I sent you that letter after I herd that you were signed by the GCW. I have always wanted to meet you and talk to you and work with you. I mean dang we have been in the same feds for the past two years and never once spoke to each other. I thought to myself, it is time that we finally spoke. Not only that but I came up with an idea that I hoped you would like.[/glow]

The waitress comes back with Nicole's Tea.

There you go manm.

Nicole smiles and says thank you. The waitress smiles back as Joe speaks again.

[glow=blue,2,300]I was wondering if you were interested in joining me... as my tag partner? I figured... this would be a good way to get to know each other and know not just the wrestling side of each other but the non-wrestling side as well.[/glow]

Joe takes a drink.

[glow=blue,2,300]So what do ya think? You up for it Miss. Nicole Storm? The Eye of the Storm teaming with The Eye of the Tiger haha? I think it would be alot of fun.[/glow]

Joe smiles as he waits for a response from Nicole

Hm ... I am not sure about that Joe.

I say and take the cub of tea in my hands. It is hot, just the right temperature for me … for a tea. I take a quick nip from it, it taste like strawberry … wow I start to like this café already. Strawberry is my favourite fruit, if it is as ice cream, tea or just as strawberry in its original form … I just love the fruit. A smile appears on my face as I place the cub back at the table and look up to Joe.

I had some back luck with tag teams in the last few years. First with Jessie … then with Liz as England’s Finest. It has been difficult for me to find the right spot in there for me. I mean I enjoyed the time with both of these partners … But a tag team is a huge responsibility … its like a marriage or the relationship between a mother and her daughter.

You have to take care about it. You have to be there for your partner … you can’t disappear and appear when you want. You can’t leave somebody hanging and then when your partner has started to work the ranks up in single competition come back and act as if nothing has happened and ….

I lean back in the chair and let a hand slide through my hair that I have started to let grow again.

Sorry Joe … like I said I had some bad experience with tag team partners … and I am really not sure if this is a good idea. I mean it could work pretty good … Storm … Bruiser … that sounds like a good tag team. Two strong single wrestler … both former tag team champions … both very successful. That could work … but I am really not sure …

Joe raises an eyebrow, then smiles.

[glow=blue,2,300]I see, I was there when those relationships fell apart. And your right a tag team is like a mother daughter relationship, a father son relationship, a husband wife relationship. You know more about those kinds of things then I do. How is your daughter by the way? But I have one thing to tell you Nicole, I don't run from anybody. I am not the type who will disappear and reappear whenever he feels like it. I am not no ass wipe who would do something like that to anyone. In fact if you remember back to Toronto I was also the victim of an ass wipe bitch who just up and left me. That led to me finding a new partner, and I chose a rookie in Corona. If you remember back to New York I was also a victim of another tag team fall out...The Hardknockers. Kevin Wilson, Mikki, Brianna, and countless other sisters he has. He is there brother, we broke up as well. You see Nicole...I haven't exactly had the best luck with my tag partners either.[/glow]

Joe takes another drink.

Joe grabs his sunglasses and gets ready to get up when Nicole speaks.

Hm … you know Joe.

I take a deep breath before I say that.

Maybe its time to move on and start fresh again. Maybe its time for me to go back to my roots and wrestle in a team again. It is in any chase better for my health and I am still not 100% … so fighting all the time alone, without having somebody who covers my back might be a stupid thing to do for me. Especially when you are offering me this chance for a tag team … I am not sure if I should agree right now to be your partner … but it surly won’t hurt me to do that. So you get your chance … you and me as team.

[Joe Bruiser]

Joe and Nicole share a laugh.

[glow=blue,2,300]That is some awesome sauce right there haha. The Eye of the Storm and The Eye of the Tiger together as a team. Now that will be one hell of a combination. I don't know if you realize this but this is a chance of a lifetime for me as well. Your like an Idol in some way to me. You know what? I am kinda hungry, are you?[/glow]

Sure. Haven’t eat something yet. Had to deal with a my little princess all day long. Denise is really nervous as I told her that I will send her to the kindergarten soon … you know she is already 5 years old and I think its really the best for her to get to know other kids. I mean it can’t be that I have to take care about her the whole day when I need to train and work out to be in the best physical condition as it is possible for me and beside that I think it will help her a lot too. Make new friends … have fun and stuff like that.

Wow, calm down Nikki you start to talk like a waterfall. You know that everybody likes your little girl so lets see what we got to eat here. I pick up the menu list and take a quick look over it … hm … the fresh chicken salad sounds to be good … I gonna think I will pick that.

Hm … not so bad what they are offering here to eat. But, I think I will take the chicken salad… and what is with you?

Joe smiles and signals for the waitress. Joe then looks at the menu.

[glow=blue,2,300]Well from what I see they don't offer all the stuff that I like to eat, but I think I will have the 5 piece Chicken Strip meal with French fries.[/glow]

Nicole smiles as the waitress arrives.

You guys ready to order?

Joe smiles.

Joe and Nicole share a smile.

[glow=blue,2,300]And I will have the 5 Piece Chicken Strip meal with some French Fries.[/glow]

Ok, They will be done shortly hehe.

Joe looks at the waitress and smiles. He then looks back at Nicole.

WOW Denise is already 5 years old? WOW the last time I saw here was WAYYYYYY back in New York. I saw you two walking down the hall and she had to of been like 3 back then I believe. Man Kindergarten haha, I think she would love school. Hell, I loved school haha. Until I got to be old enough to practice boxing THEN I didn't have to much interest in school after that.[/glow]

Joe smiles as he waits for a response.

Not sure if she will like school. She is like her grandfather … a free spirit who doesn’t feel comfortable when she is locked in such a small room. I might look for some alternative of education … but to be honest I am not sure if they have alternative schools here in the US as well. You know, who are not working at the old princip to teach the kids as much as possible … in a boring way, with a lot of writing and learning stuff that nobody will ever need.

Nope, I am looking for that type of school that helps her to develop … with some sort of learning experience by playing … by showing the kids that learning can be fun … not something that force them to do something they are not interested at … or which is to difficult for them. I mean … how often did it happened for you at school that you have learned something, but never were able to understand what is behind it?

Joe laughs.

[glow=blue,2,300]One subject hunny, GEOMETRY. I absolutely FLUNKED that subject when I was in high school. Shoot, I aced Algebra 1 and 2 but when it came to all these shapes all different sizes and forms my FRO was lost haha.[/glow]

Joe takes a drink of his Root Beer.

[glow=blue,2,300]Haha I was like that when I was a kid, I was always wondering off and getting into trouble. Like one time when we were at a cookout, I wondered off into the woods cause I saw something moving. I ended up seeing a bunch of trails and stuff and it was like a MAZE back there. But as I got older it was less and less cool haha. But anyways, my mom came back there and found me and was SOOOOOOOOO mad at me for wondering off. But she saw how happy I was watching all of these people walk on those trails and shit. Haha good times good time. As for Denise, the best thing for her will probably be a smaller Public school outside of Chicago somewhere. I say that because City schools are so horrible its not even funny. Trust me I know I went to Miami schools forever. If she is a Free Bird like The Lynard Skynard song, then she will need Recess, not much homework, alot of good kids to talk to, and better teachers. A small public school would be the best fit, but that is just my opinion haha. I wished that I would of never had to go to The Miami Public School. Kids shooting all the time, stealing brand new Nike's from other kids, kids dealing drugs on the school grounds, shit, the football players even came to school drunk one time. It was like...it was all one big joke.[/glow]

The only thing I could do as I heard the story of Bruiser’s childhood was to shake my head after he was finished with speaking. What a cruel world we life in … the only thing I can do is to make sure that Denise never has to get in such a negative environment. My little angel needs a school that supports her … but there is still enough time left till I have to make the decision to which school she should go.

That is sad, very sad Joe. … very sad …

But on the other side … you might have never be the man who are you today if you would have grown up somewhere else. After all it was a huge part of your life that you have spend at the school and not to speak of the experience … of violence and danger … that showed you how wrong it is to let anger guide you. I see a lot of younger wrestlers that are thinking how cool it is … how bad they must be … attitude in the ring and outside of the ring. Not caring to give young fans autographs … not caring how they threat other people…

So you can be very happy that all this negative experience of this joke made you to the man you are today. Joe Bruiser …

Joe looks down at the ground and laughs.

Nicole laughs.

[glow=blue,2,300]Your right about what you said though, I wouldn't be the man I am today if I didn't have the life that I had. You wouldn't be the women you are today if you didn't have the life that you had. Yeah I feel ya there when it comes to the attitudes that some of these new guys and girls have. Hell, Ive already seen some of that happen here in GCW. But thats just one thing that these new guys and girls will have to learn. You want respect? You will EARN it. You want money? EARN IT. You want to act like a stuck up cocky son of a bitch? You will receive NEITHER. They will learn, trust me, even if we have to MAKE them learn. They will learn. [/glow]

The waitress comes back with Nicole and Joe's food.

Waitress gives Nicole her Chicken Salad.

Joe and Nicole both say thanks. Joe looks down at his Chicken Strips.
