Name: Maniac
Hometown: Buffalo, New York
Entrance Music: Crack Addict by Limp Bizkit
Fighting Specialty: Technical
Finishing Maneuver: Knee Facebuster
Bio:
Before Wrestling:
Maniac was born in Buffalo, New York into a wealthy family. It was a well known fact that his father was not the greatest guy but some of the atrosities he committed with his son would surprise most people. Beaten on a daily basis at first turned Maniac into a calm, collected, and overall cold person. Not many people saw Maniac because of the bruises he often had. As Maniac grew older his hatred for his father also grew. Where his mother was during this is currently unknown. It's rumored that she turned to drugs and ignored all of what happened. Either way, at the age of ten, Maniac had had enough and decided to rid himself of his father.
One night while his father was sleeping, Maniac carefully blocked any means of escape for his father before setting fire to the house. Maniac looked on as he watched the blaze. It didn't take long before neighbors to call the fire department. When they arrived they knew someone purposely set the house on fire and asked Maniac about it. However they quickly stopped when they saw all his bruises. They drove Maniac to the hospital to see if they were bruises as a result of a beating and it turned out so. The fire department knew Maniac set the fire however, when word got out about the bruises they couldn't really file charges or else they may have a riot since many people were outraged at the idea that a 10 year old could plot something like that. Instead they insisted even if he did set the fire it was becasue he suffered some form of mental unstablility from the beatings.
As a result, instead of spending time in Juvi and later prison he was sentanced to an asylum. Although he wasn't really crazy he played along and was eventually released though. Upon his release he found out that everything his father owned he had inherited. He had gotten all of his money which was a seven figure number and several properties. He had a property in Colorodo in the country side. He had another property in Iowa and yet another property in Canada and another in Miami. All of them but the place in Miami was located in the country isolated from everyone. As time went on he was careful not to reveal he had much money. His only real big spending was a house in California and the ocean and a dodge pick up truck. Other than that he only bought things on a need to basis to further hide any suspicion that he was in fact rich.
TNB:
Maniac got his start in TNB where at first he didn't make too much of an impact. Then he accepted a challenge made by Genesis, and everything went up hill from there. The rivalry between him and Genesis would escalate even though they could never really fight it out. Instead they were on separate shows. However, this gave Maniac time to fly up the ladder winning the World Title and unifying it with the other brands world title forming one brand.
Maniac career continued to soar as him and Genesis were always at each other's throats on the mic. However, they would not meet in the ring until the night Maniac lost his World Title to Chris Steel and him and Genesis faced off in a US Title Tournament. Maniac would come out the victor of that match but lose in the second round.
Maniac would eventually regain his title and in a surprising turn of events, would team up with Genesis in a Cage Match. As it turned out however, in the middle of the match, Genesis would leave him to a two on one assault that would lead Maniac to never trust Genesis again.
Eventually, a group known as the Ultimate Alliance would form and one of their first acts was they sidelined Maniac. Even though it was only for a week, it did send a message to the rest of the lockerroom. Reguardless, Maniac would still fight them until he was offered a spot with them which he took putting him and Genesis on the same team yet again. This time it was Maniac's turn to turn his back as he would pubically say it was all a joke on his part and give Genesis a belt he had made with the label King of Fools. TNB would shortly close after this.
FCW:
Maniac would eventually come to FCW in Detroit. This time he was a bit more subtle in attracting attention to himself until he was recognized by Brent Starr. These two would collide regularly, in most cases, Brent Starr would win. However, in a shocking upset, in a Buried Alive Match, Maniac would defeat Brent Starr proving that he can go toe-to-toe with the best.
After this, he would once again, do this and that, not really attracting attention to himself, until he set his sites on Kyle Nobbs. In a bold move and illegal one, he kidnapped Nobbs' little sister and played a "game" with Kyle. This would last about a month before Kyle disappeared from FCW.
This time Maniac didn't exactly disappear into nothingness when he challenged Jeff Terron for his Hardcore Title which he won and lost a week later to Essence. But Maniac caught the attention of Willow Mason, who was the Director of Authority.
Willow would hire Maniac as a body guard and he didn't do too bad once things picked up. He beat Pyro's bodyguard in a bar at one point and reclaimed Great Lakes Title from Daniel Justice. He would then hold onto the title until losing a ladder match. Shortly after, Maniac would mysteriously disappear.
GCW:
Maniac's here in GCW. He's ready to raise hell and piss people off. He has enough enemies here already at first look so he's ready for the fun.
