Bio:
Kenzo Yoshi was born in a small village outside Tokyo, Japan. Coming from a poor family, not much in his life gave him joy. The one constant love of his life was wrestling. When wrestling came to town, he would ride his bike to the arena, and find a way to get in. Growing up watching such stars as Keiji Muto, Masahiro Chono, Tajiri and Jushin Liger, Kenzo knew that he wanted to become a wrestler when he grew up. When the age came when he could move out of the village, he came to America, searching for a better life and to pursue his dream of becoming a wrestler. When he got to America, he enrolled in a school to teach him how to read and write English, knowing that he would need to know the language to even have a chance of becoming someone. His dream of becoming a wrestler continued, bringing him to Chicago, IL, home of GCW. He decided to join GCW, his first stepping stone to becoming another great Japanese superstar, like so many before him.
