Bio:
Early Life:
Joe grew up in the middle class suburbs of Miami where he grew up watching Boxing all of his life and new from the moment he saw it that that was what he wanted to do for a living once he got older. Joe was liked by almost everybody growing up except for a few guys he hated in school. By the time Joe was in 8th grade he was already the craziest dude in school and even looked it. He was always offering boxing matches to anyone who was willing to try at every lunch break and sometimes after school By the age of 15 he was training to be a boxer and compete in his hometown boxing tourney they had every year. Once he started the tourney he went on and almost won the Light Heavyweight title until he got beat by his soon to be rival Jacob Holt. They will meet again a couple of times before its over.
Boxing:
Once Joe became 18 he set his sights on the Heavyweight title in the IBL but fell short in the title match due to a busted eye. Later on that year Joe got another chance for the heavyweight title again but it was against the new HW champ Jacob Holt which Joe ended up beating for his first championship. He would hold the title for a year until he had to to fight a ex world strongman Calypso which he lost to. Joe kept on boxing for a few more years until he got another chance to fight Jacob Holt who was once again The HW champ and in that fight Joe beat Holt, but Holt was extremely pissed that Joe beat him twice for the title that he he went crazy after the match and tackled down Bruiser and kept punching him nonstop until he was finally pulled off and it gave Joe a Major Concussion to the point where he had to quite Boxing. Then Bruiser herd about a Wrestling tryout back in Miami so he decided to try out and trained for 2 years for his first match which he won.
Wrestling:
LXW:
He was wrestling for about 2 and a half years Joe was contacted by the LXW for a tryout match for the LXW. He impressed the faculty enough to where they gave him a contract and thus his LXW career began. Joe started off slow with a few hard fought matches with Sakura Oyamada and John Locke Joe's career started to shoot with him joining Kevin Wilson and forming The Hardknockers. After a few failed Tag team Title matches The Hardknockers started to fade a bit which ended up making Kevin Wilson leave the LXW after the offseason. But during that time Joe won every singles match until he faced his biggest challenge since facing Jacob Holt. He faced a man by the name of Essence who Joe beat the first time but lost to him at the biggest stage in LXW, PANTHEON. Now After the LXW season ended Joe has went back home disappointed that he didn't beat Essence when it counted. Joe is now working out harder and preparing even more for the 07 season so he can get his revenge on Essence come next season and to start a new chapter in his short but great Wrestling career.
APW:
The 07 APW season was a very successful season indeed for Mr, Bruiser. Joe had won not one but two APW titles. The Tag titles with a lady named Marisol Mariposa, and the Nationwide Title. Things started off good for Joe, until he got into it with the Infamous one 187. Joe and 187 produced some of the most memorable moments for APW during the 07 season. Everything from 187 interrupting Joe's BWWUUZZAA Energy Drink Commercial, to Joe trying to get 187 to prison, to the two men getting in a fight during what was suppose to be a nice calm interview. Shit nice and calm meant nothing to Joe and 187, as both men just wanted to kill each other and they didn't care how. That feud lasted close to 4 months, after that Joe went on and won the tag titles while 187 went on to win the APW World Title. In the middle of the short yet effective tag title reign, Marisol was released from her APW contract. Joe was allowed by Management to keep his tag titles, but he had to find another partner. Joe found a hot shot young rookie known as only the best alcoholic drink in the world CORONA. Corona and Bruiser would not be successful in defending there titles but during that time they both became friends and fought together often during the rest of the APW season. Joe and Corona both ran into problems, Joe ran into a man that you never want to mess with. But Joe? Well, he is just to hard headed lol, because he ended up messing with the one known as Genesis. That was a hard fought month long feud that had everything from Joe coming out onto the ramp in a milk truck painted in his colors as well as Energy Drink colors. Joe sprayed the hell out of Genesis with none other then his own energy drink. Genesis would later get his revenge on Joe by having a HUGE thing of blood fall on top of Joe as he was standing on the stage. That feud would later end with Genesis defeating Joe in a ladder match at the PPV. Towords the end of the Season Joe wanted to end on a high note, by winning the APW World Title. First, he had to take on Cinder Xavier and win to earn the right to face Jason Cross for the title. Joe fell short to the all mighty Cinder. The season ended and at the last PPV event, 187 was injured. He was put into a Coma for awhile and was in the local Toronto Hospital. Joe kept having thoughts and feelings of sadness as he was getting closer and closer to leaving to head back to Miami. Joe decided to go visit his once arch nemesis 187 in the hospital. While at the hospital Joe met and made friends a ten year old 187 fan and his father of thirty-three. Joe decided to take them to see 187, the little boy was so sad and shocked that his father had to take him out of the room. After they left Joe went and sat down and was talking to 187. Now how can this be you ask? What the hell was Joe thinking? Going to see his arch Nemesis in the hospital like that. Well Joe and 187 have been threw so much that they began to have hateful friendship. Where they are never nice to each other, but they have the up most respect for each other in all aspects of life. They stole the headlines, not just one but BOTH did. If it wasn't for each other neither would be the man they are today. Joe realized that and payed his respects to 187 in the hospital that day. Now Joe Bruiser is coming into the 08 debut season of GCW, and hopes to have as much success here as he has had everywhere else. And if you don't like it, DEAL WITH IT!!!!!!![/glow]
