Ladies and gentlemen, the GCW Staff presents to you a "REAL LIFE" spin on the concept of ranking and points in the world of E-fedding. We, here in GCW, believe that since you are introducing a "living specimen" to our "world"... why shouldn't we give said specimens the "luxury" they deserve for a hard day's work? Enter the GCW Salary System.
First and foremost, you may be asking yourself what exactly we mean by a "salary system" being instituted here in
Global Championship Wrestling. Basically, this innovative approach in scoring and ranking your "overness" in this
federation will help your wrestler ascend through the ranks, with many goodies to be looking forward, championship opportunities included. Yet in lamens terms... you get what you dish out... Quality for that "Cash Money" Quanitity. Character development, Rivalries/Friendships, "Fan" Support, Win/Loss Reactions, and etc. are all factors that will go into what the staff as a WHOLE believes you should be getting.
This money system is a new addition to e-fedding, something that's rarely been or never seen for that matter system. As an up-and-coming federation, the GCW staff brainstormed how we can set ourselves a part from other federations and this became our general consensus. When you OFFICIALLY sign up to compete in GCW, your contract will be valued at X amount of dollars, which bear in mind will be for ALL new applicants... whether or not you think you deserve to start higher than others is of no concern to us. Of course with that year-long contract comes the oodles of bonuses and such that will help push you into the "spotlight" as GCW true main-eventers... those that work hard to put "money" into the company as a whole. You will be receiving $50,000 at first, provided by GCW co-founders Amanda Wallace and Candice Angel. It is in your best interest to seek one if not the two of these individuals to get the ball rolling. The fun of this system is that, in essence, you'll be starting out low and building up your salary, pushing you as an RPer to develop your character and the "world" around you in hopes of reaping the benefits that will be further explained in time. But with the good things that can come of this system and your quest in building aforementioned salary, there are those bad things that you can do to hurt your salary, by which we mean LOWERING it...
