Greetings, and Welcome to Global Contact Wrestling. What you are viewing is the shared opinions,ideas and vision of five alike minds to bring you a new, and hopefully, different and ultimately better E-Fedding experience. What we here at Global Championship Wrestling hope to provide to it's members is a fair and fun environment, where member opinions matter just as much, if not more than those appointed "staff" positions. Our primary goal and focus pertaining to the operation of Global Championship Wrestling? Ensuring the satisfaction and overall enjoyment of those who matter most in any E-Fed setting. The members.

The staff of Global Championship Wrestling comes together on basic principles for what we believe to be a prominent E-Fedding experience.

• The Staff will provide a fair, unbiased, and realistic environment for the members of GCW.
  
• The Staff will be limited to following the account rules posted in the rulebook as well. They all agree that it is best to not fill the roster with their own CAWs, and with less accounts, it makes it easier to keep up with the maintenance and members of the board. They will not be there to fill in for title shots, members take that priority, but will be there to assist in creating compelling storylines and interactions for your characters.
  
• The Staff will enforce an open-ended policy for the landscape of Global Championship Wrestling, creating a more open roleplaying environment capable of presenting challenges to the roster in the development of not only their characters, but other members as well.
  
• The Staff will share the responsibility in the upkeep of the board in all facets: Simming, Artwork, Creation, and Site Upkeep. Each has their responsibility and will abide by it to assist your experience and make it more enjoyable.
  
• The Staff will create a stat and slider system that promises competitive match-ups, further creating a competitive system for Global Championship Wrestling that will make ascending to the next level an exciting quest.
  
• The Staff has been selected to be mindful of the league as a whole over individual accounts and handlers, including their own.
