I'm looking into putting together a complete new fed. New staff, new roster, new sim squad, everything completely new.
TNB, as it stands, is at a stand still. The fed won't open until Feb, which is 3 months away. During that time, we'd need to recruit heavily to replace the people who are going elsewhere, retiring, or taking breaks from the e-fed game. It's not looking "good" for TNB, thus Lionheart is looking to ease the load, and put TNB on hiatus until things pan out better all around.
In the mean time, I'll be looking to run a new company, and this is just a "feeler" to see if the interest is there from people to join up, form a staff, offer to sim the matches, and help run a cohesive "run by the people, for the people" fed. It won't be "The Sylas show", I don't want the focus on Sylas at all. In fact, I probably won't even use him in the new company. I'll create a new boss figure, and if I'm on the roster at all, it'd be either - a whole new character - a tag team - or an established character with little to no success/history to make them any better then anyone else.
Ideas? Thoughts? Offers?

I might be interested. >.> Though, I'm not sure how helpful sending a form for a CAW would be when I lack the capability of having help pics anymore. (which I still don't have any of in my showcase too). Don't really like sending forms without some pics to look at, but I'd be interested.

Well, I have a board partially set up, under my old home fed named UPW (Ultimare Pro Wrestling) which last ran online around 2002. ultimateprowrestling.proboards.com/index.cgiI'd run it under that name, or under AIW (Allied Inter-fed Wrestling) which would welcome wrestlers from every fed, to compete under one banner, to crown a male champ, womens champ, tag champs, and extreme champ, of all competing feds. That is, if the fed heads all agreed to acknowledge it within their feds. It's kinda like OWN, but also different.

OK I want to say something that I think fits in here, it’s not necessarily a new fed is needed. I think a lot of the issues with E-Fed’s besides politics, hard to avoid those really whatever fed you are in or running. I think E-Fed’s as a whole need a lot of new blood in them, and you can look at each and see at least 10 from other feds in there. I don’t think it would have altered my decision to take a hiatus that I may never return from, but I think recruiting new members that we haven’t seen in any other feds before is crucial. Just so things remain interesting for the people involved, and I can honestly say that some characters from the same handler are too similar so it feels like they are role-playing the same each time. Another issue that is in line with the above really, but I’ll elaborate on it now. I think feds need some exclusive handlers, because in TNB I could see some handlers didn’t know what was going on around them. I myself did this in my first season and I think that spreading myself too thinly limited my role-plays, and one character always gets favored over the others. It is only natural given we each have the level our character is in our own minds. Of course convincing some people that role-playing too many characters results in less frequent role-playing and/or watered down characters, which personally is a bad thing from a reader’s point of view. Also I think allowing people to view the board without signing up might sway some people to join, and with that I’d like to wish you good luck.

Didn't realize I hadn't ticked off the "guests must login" part. Thought everyone could view. Thanks for the heads up

Thanks for the offer though.
