Just gonna keep tabs in here. Feel free to comment and discuss.
-No super finisher movesets. Use your discretion to make a realistic moveset that does not single out a body part... I WILL NOT add attributes to someone who does this. You could be at nearly a 30 point overall at least disadvantage should you choose to pursue this level of douchebaggery.
-Edits: Thankfully, you can have 4 attires per CAW. Use them, please, because edits will be scarce. With me pledging to give people their abilities and some attributes, it will take time for me to do things, and edit periods will have a light number of slots and no set timeframe on when the edits will be fully implemented. Make sure you've tweaked and adjusted to your hearts content before sending in, because chances are it could be your last. -Music edits do not fall under this rule.
-Drama=ban. I don't care if its on the board or on MSN. I almost bandeleted this board about 5 times last year over shitty MSN personal status updates, and I won't hesitate to do it now. I will run this the best I can, how I can, and I know I can't please anybody. Don't be a spoiled brat because you've not gotten your way.
.... those are the main ones I have in my head right now. Discuss, pitch idears and more. I am willing to budge slightly on the edits allowed, but not the open slots for editing a month. I'm a busy, busy fat guy.

I totally agree. I understand that due to more moves being allowed for grapples, they had to make more moves in the game usable AS such grapples.
But seriously... it's fine to be uber cheap at home against the CPU, but come on.. don't load someone up with the Stunners, Rock Bottom, A F-5 and a Last Ride as normal moves... lol
Don't know if you've posted about this, but I also think there should be HEAVY restrictions on CAF. We ALL know how abusable this feature is, it's a no brainer.
I agree MSN drama can be annoying, but I also know sometimes you just need to vent. Every now and then I see people put up messages about this or that, but they just need to get it out. So though I do agree on the no drama tolerated, I also think there should be a distinction between board and MSN drama.
[Unless someone's dumb enough to actually cause drama for you ON MSN directly / I.E. talking straight to you]
^ -- In which case, destroy the S.O.B lol

Will Jessie get punished if she piledrives Amanda on the cement floor again?
But seriously as long as the rules that tells me what to RP i am fine with. Rules for caws are fine as they are made to give everyone the chance to face of against other balanced caws. That are good rules and should be kept, same goes for finisher rules. And like Dragon said, watch out for some of the moves in the moveset. I would even get so far to say that NO FINISHER should be allowed by another person as sig move if there is no relation to the move or to the other character which satisfy on using that move.

I'm gonna touch base on the MSN drama, real quick.
Countless times the past year, I saw things on MSN's personal status updates, that, in short, really pissed me off, and left me wondering how the hell I could do a better job than I was doing. Was I/last year perfect? No. But, I did royally bust my ass. Sure, we took a few swerves taht may or may not have been popular... such as the VWE storyline. Even after explaining it a few times. Hence, I abruptly cancelled the storyline, something that, if taken with an open mind, could have been a very good storyline since we did receive much of the fallout from VWE's constant closures. I log in to MSN one day, see about 4 status updates that I had felt I had to do drama control on because nobody had the balls to stand up and say something in the thread itself. People, I don't care if you disagree with something. Say it, say it straight to me or to the author in a mature, discussing tone. I'd prefer it be to the author so that I don't have to explain things a million fucking times. BUT... BUT when I have to log on to MSN, and see countless spoiled brats throwing up bitch sentences that are just public advertisements of you not wanting to share your ball or to bitch about the thing that I'm working myself hard over to try to provide something fun for you? I'll make your life a lot easier and make sure you don't have to put up with it anymore. Permenantly. That's what I mean about MSN drama. And I am not budging on it. The majority of us in here are the age of legal adults. Act like it.

Abilities: Due to my ideas growing about attribute assigning, I'm going to start figuring out what to do about Abilities a CAW can and can't have. There are a few that are available from the start, those of course won't be regulated. What will be regulated, are those that have to have you get either an overall, or an attribute to a certain level. Those will be regulated to make sure that I don't have to jack 1-4 of your catagories and muck up what I intend to do with your stats.
So, for now? Debutantes can have 1 of these such abilities. The OVR abilities are out of the question.
Titans can have 2 of these such abilities.
This is subject to change as I start building together the GCW save this week and getting my two girls on there to start building them up. I welcome any of you other guys to send some CAWs in as well, since we're fortunate this year to be able to swap abilities at will and if something changes, it should be an easy change.
