GCW: To be, or not to be? That is the question....

Alright, I've kicked around a few ideas. I know, the closing of GCW sucked, no matter how things were with the member die-down that we were experiencing. It happened everywhere, I know.

Myself, we know that I'm a busy-ass mo-fo. I (for now) work 40-56 hours a week, I attend school 3 days a week. But, I think there is some form of GCW that can and will work, as long as we're on board, and we keep the drama bullshit that's happening/happened elsewhere far away, since I know that is almost a culmination to bring along this line of thinking... that we can make this work as a fun alternative.

I know that I'm going to need help on the creation front. I know that I'll need some help on the simming part. I will have the entire feds help on the adminning part due to the Member Center, and I implore that if this does go through, that things pertaining to the fed that need to be looked at, fixed, decided upon, or even commented/complemented, go either there or in my PM box... not your MSN or chat windows.

But, down to business. This is along the lines of what I'm thinking.

2 accounts, tops. One for each division, the Titans and Debutantes.

GCW World Championship. GCW Debutantes Championship. GCW Tag Team Championship.

Depending on roster size: GCW Mid-Atlantic Championship, GCW Mid-Women's Championship.

Roster Cap: 40.

Show frequency: 1 "Show", 1 "PPV"... potential pre-booked show depending on time. Bi-weekly.

Needed creators: 3.

Needed Simmers: 2.

Drama tolerated: None. I am serious about this one. I'd rather ban a bitch, than put up with it. This means anythign that I see on the board, MSN, any of it.

Graphic designers: 1 more. I want to do a lot, but I also want some help with skin and button creation.

Logo-creation: I'd like some volunteers, but if you don't have a PS3... I can do it if I have time. We'll see.


That's pretty much all of my ideas for you all to see along with where my mindset is... so with that said.

First off, I want to make this clear in case any of the members of GCW aren't aware of the Handler Changes recently;

I, am not, THAT, Lilith. I am one of the original creators of the character/CAW. I'm not the Lilith you all know and want to crucify. Believe me, I had moments of it myself.

Moving on.

I'm willing to be a simmer. In order to make this fair to all people, and assure them I have no actual stake in it. I'm willing to keep myself as a SC, IC Staffer, whatever need be.

Lilith will not wrestle, in this federation. If she does, it will be under exfuckin'PLICIT circumstances. More than likely, as a valet or some shit. I don't want people to get the idea a simmer [Namely me] is rigging stuff cause they sim their own matches.

I am however going to make a little mini fight club with my own creations including Lilith, so you will get to see her in action that way ^_^ [None of which will count towards GCW as a whole]

Btw, it looks like SvR2010 will have the Cruiserweight, Intercontinental, and Champion of Champions belt in it.

If there is a large enough member base, different divisions of wrestlers could be thrown in the mix.

Yeah, I've seen in vids that the weight class system is a little different now in terms of looks anyway. Kind of cool how that might work out, plus you can freely set abilities right? I think?...

Divisions all settle on how many we have. And, if I can get over my thought process that there are too many belts in feds anyways... I'd rather see the ones that matter being fought over, actually fought over, and then we can decide whether or not to continue from there.

Oh, also wanted: Storywriters. I want main, believable storylines that can give those that have nothing to do something to do. That is one thing that VWE did do right with it's underlying storylines, and I'd like to finally realize this in a fed of mine.

Ooooh, I kinda like that idea. People who write up story arcs for those who can't come up with one, or want a new take on some. That's actually quite smart... have some like, sub board only open to members with the writers, have certain..

Character specific traits, I.E. for one diva she's abnormally mean or something. So whatever story said writers create for her would mold to certain aspects.

HmmmmMmMMmmmMMMMmmmm... I like that idea.

I like the idea of stories going throughout the fed.

I in fact plan on using predetermined wins/loses to step up my story writing chops.

I'm guessing you will of course use the Story editor to map out these stories, which could work out very well.

I know some folks who I'd nominate, but I'm not sure of their plans and such.

Absolutely, just because you can handle more doesn't mean you should. Lessien can handle a bazooka, do you give her one? Hell no. I'm tired of handlers handling 5 or 6 characters, because 3 or 4 of them are usually half-assed, suck shells. Denial!

If that means we have a roster of 15, then fine. We have a roster of 15. If the shows are held in an armory, so be it. Same with titles, 2 titles? great! No tag teams? Fine. Debutante division dies? *shudders* So be it. Lets work with what we have instead of propping up dead ends with suck shells (see above).

Anyways, you all know how I operate by now. If this happens, I hope we can have some fun again. GCW was fun last time around. If we can do that again.
