No Time Like The Present [O2A]

[Jayceon Williams]

Jayceon Williams, dressed in his usual fine navy blue Armani suit complete with matching hat to go with it, found his way to the GCW run Chi-Town cafe'. Figured he'd do some socializing around the company since he hasn't done a lot of sight seeing since his arrival. No time like the present. Jayceon pushed his way through the entrance. Looking around with a grin on his face, he spotted the counter. He walked through the cafe'. He removed his dark black shades from his face as the girl behind the counter came to take his order. The grin remained on Jayceon's face as he leaned forward. The girl greeted him with...

"What can I get for you today, sir?"

"Just a cup of coffee would be nice."

"Alright. Coming right up."

Jayceon looked around the cafe' as he waited for his coffee to be prepared. Looking around at all those already inhabiting the cafe' presently. He turned back around to face the counter and saw that his coffee was ready for him. He gave her a nod and said...

"Thank you."

He paid what he owed for the coffee and turned away from the counter. He found himself an empty table and plopped himself down in an empty chair. Jayceon placed his coffee down on the table and leaned forward. Then he firmly picked his coffee up off of the table and took a small sip from it.

"Mmm... That's good coffee."

Jayceon looked around the cafe', wondering if he'd have a run in with anyone from GCW.

Zack was siting right next to this Williams guy. He was wearing causal clothes, baseball cap, and shades. He was reading the newspaper to obviously not get caught and be put on TMZ. He looks to towards Williams

Wait a minute

He takes off his shades

What's up MG. It's me Zackary we used to wrestle together in NJ. I heard you quit man. What happened to your braids and why are you all of a sudden wearing blue. I always thought your posse hated that color. Well beats me. I'm still my crazy self

Zack didn't know what Jayceon Williams was but he sure did assume every black gang related wrestler was MG.

"Hmmm? You talking to me?"

...This man must have confused him with someone else. Or perhaps "MG" stands for "My God?" Some kind of strange lingo the kids are using these days to describe their Messiah? Jayceon didn't know. Guess he might as well correct this guy instead of letting him go on thinking some kind of false information he's been passed. He lifted his coffee up to his lips and took another sip. After setting it down on the table again, he said...

"I'm afraid you're mistaken me for someone else. It's true. I am the Messiah. Unfortunately, I have never wrestled in New Jersey. Sure. I've been down there maybe once or twice to do business, but I have never been down there and stepped in the ring. Secondly, it's been a long time since I've ever had braids. Gah... How long has it been?"

Jayceon paused for a moment. Thinking. He shook his head and shrugged his shoulders.

"Probably... when I was sixteen. I'd go with sixteen years old. Been quite some time since I cut my braids off. And the color I'm wearing? Can't say I've had much problem with it. Been wearing it for awhile now. Don't think it's quite that sudden, but I can understand meeting your Messiah in the flesh and seeing me on the television screen... Appearances might be distorted because of the cameras. Haha. Let me guess... You're looking for an autograph, huh? Alright. Show me whatcha got. I think I've got something to write with on me."

Jayceon began patting his pockets, in search of a writing utensil to give his beloved worshipper/fan a most memorable moment.

[Nattie Roxx]

A blue pen then popped over Williams' shoulders, waving somewhat frantically, urging for Williams to grab it. "Here you go sir." A voice pops from behind, trying to put on an obvious happy tone. "Feel free to use mine, it's not like I'm in a mood to write the classic American novel."

[Jayceon Williams]

Jayceon looked down on his shoulder when he saw the blue pen in his peripheral vision. Listening intently on the voice. He recognized it. It was a female voice. A female voice that he knew all too well. But from where? He reached over and took a firm hold of the pen over his shoulder.

"Thank you. Miss..."

He looked over to see who it was. Jayceon's eyes widened and a smile graced his face. It was her. His former partner in crime. Or... The one who got away. He laughed and said...

"Hahahahaha... Well, well... What a sight for sore eyes.... It's been awhile. Hahahaha... Haven't seen you since... That strange little get together in Seattle with our good ol' pals from days past. It's been awhile. Please do join me. How have you been? Whatcha been up to?"

Glad to see an old friend? You bet.

Zack blew his cover and gizzilion cameras comes out of nowhere flashing.

Awwwww man! What the hell!

TMZ: Hey you how you feel about your movie

TMZ: How you feel about losing every fight you was in every since you came back.

[Nattie Roxx]

It had been a while, and Nattie really did want to take a seat with her old friend, however, media gossip seemed to be around, and she didn't want her face plastered with false relationship rumors, especially when they were just seemingly a few feet away from her. Pursing her lips, she closes her eyes and hopes for the best as she takes a seat at Jay's table. Maybe they were too pre-occupied with Zack Attack to care anyways. Yeah. They had to be. His charisma out weighed theirs by miles. She was wearing her simple casual wear, consisting of just a simple pair of blue jeans, and an official GCW Nattie Roxx t-shirt, not that she was using herself as a walking billboard. It was just comfortable, and she didn't feel like being excessively dressy.

"I've been well I suppose," she begins, doing her best to not give Jay a huge, toothy smile, "Just, well...I got a call from Amanda Wallace, decided to quit my job at Qwest Field, and got myself back into wrestling shape...all within a matter of months." She was trying to be as modest as she could, she didn't want to focus the attention on herself, "How about y--"

She was then interrupted as another stream of extremely loud media outlet reporters poured into the cafe. Zack Attack really did seem to have a genuine following. "You think it's his nose?"

It's stuff like this that make Jayceon glad that he remained low profile until now. He wasn't looking to be part of a huge media circus who followed his every move. Couldn't do a thing in public without being swarmed by cameras and microphones. It was odd that this Zack Attack guy had this following. Jayceon didn't know the name, nor did he know the face. He looked over at Nattie and shrugged his shoulders.

"Could be the nose. I figured he was a fan, but I guess not. Maybe he's a YouTube celebrity? Like that Chris Crocker guy, or the guy who sings Chocolate Rain, or Jin Remmy with his incredibly insane antics who for the life of me can't quite put a finger on why he does what he does, or even that cute sneezing baby panda? Hahaha.. The craziness that is the internet."

Jayceon didn't know. He figured they had a lot of media exposure and had some kind popularity. This Zack Attack guy could be like them.

"It's good to hear you've been doing well. Good to see you've gotten back in the ring. Still killing the opponents with the ol' Frog Splash from the top rope? Hahahaha. That move was quite the lethal damage dealer. Can't say that I've been on the 'up and up' in wrestling that much. Been busy with personal affairs that needed a bit of sorting out, but I'm back now. Ready to give 'em the ol' Crack Kick or perhaps a Crack Cutter... Maybe even the good ol' Frog Splash of my own. Hahaha."

The manager came out with a broom swinging at the Paparazi causing them to leave.

Zack then walks over to the two again.

You think you are so funny huh? Cause I'm famous. I play in the movie Fighting it came out on April 24 man. I'm the main charector my face is right on the poster. Before I got the fucked up nose job. I gotta get that fixed. Sooooooo what ya know name this Mista Mista.

Zack looks at Nattie

Whoa I know you. You look qualified to be my next chicky. I've been watching your career and I was saying in my head I gotta take that chicky on a date. Maybe you wouldn't like that name chicky, Nattie.

Zack smiles and bits his lips. He then pulls back his blond hair (temporary dye before matches) and puts his fitted cap on to the side.

"Well... You'll have to forgive me... Zack Attack, was it? Can't say that I'm too familiar with your name or whatever this movie is... What was it called? "Fighting?" Not too keen on the whole movie biz right now. Not really feeling what Hollywood has been putting out. Had my own flick called "Stillwater Saints" out on the 'straight to DVD' rack and left it at that. Hahahahaha. Hollywood isn't for me. I had enough of that place just living by it."

Jayceon shook his head and lifted his cup of coffee to his lips. Taking a quick sip from it before setting it back on the table.

"I would watch your tone when speaking to a lady though. Not trying to throw salt on your game or anything, but uhhh... I'd say Nattie here might be a little out of your leage there, 'pal.' Going around and calling women "chicky..." I fail to see how effective your methods using cheesy pick-up lines like that are. I guess it might work for some cheap floozies or some kind of groupie, but uhhhh... I'd suggest changing your tone when speaking to Nattie."

Call it being territorial or call it defending 'his' girl's honor. He wasn't necessarily to going to sit by and let a good friend of his be hollared and hooted at like some piece of meat. Jayceon had his own personal feelings for Nattie. She may have turned him down, he didn't hold any grudges or anything against her for it. It might be for the better. With the kind of lifestyle that he leads, would be quite a painful relationship trying to keep her out of harms way. He wouldn't want that. Even if the feelings for Nattie were still there.

Oh, what are you her boyfriend? Damn I said I'll here Nattie. But on the movie I'll pick it up maybe even buy all of them on the rack to support your sales.

Zack looks at Nattie again and got serious with the blue

Looky. If you was offended by my misunderstood geuster then I'm sorry. I'm more sorry then a dead beat dad. I'm almost kind of sad if I did that to you. I was trying too hard because I always wanted a date with you. You are a person I wished to date. I don't want to pass it up Nattie.

Nattie peered to her left then to her right while Zack Attack was giving her his best serious tone. At least, that's what Nattie thought he was doing. Quite honestly, she didn't understand why he was apologizing to begin with. She understood how some men would make fools of themselves when confronted with their ideal women, so...she supposed this was some insane form of flattery. Running a hand through her hair, she gives Zack an innocent smile. The last thing she wanted to do was hurt his feelings.

"Jay and I aren't item, so don't get the wrong idea." She held up hands, signaling for him to stop that mental train of thought, "And I'm flattered, but I'm just not looking to start a relationship right now." She sounded like a cliche role from every teen television drama, and Nattie was feeling the need to really kick herself in the behind for that, but she just didn't know how to respond. She then looked in Jay's direction, and gave him a nervous shrug. Looking back in Zack's direction "...sorry?"

"Pleasedon'tdosomethingstupid, pleasedon'tdosomethingstupid," she thought as she waited for a response, "Pleasedon'tdosomethingstupid."

[Jayceon Williams]

Jayceon nodded his head after Nattie had looked at him. The one that got away. Maybe it was for the best. He had his own personal feelings for Nattie, and he too was shot down by her. It was fine with him. He could understand. That's why he no longer pushed it. He shrugged his shoulders and reached for his coffee. Bringing it back to it lips and took a quick sip. Afterward, he simply said...

"Guess thems the breaks Zacky boy."

Jayceon looked back at Nattie. He wasn't sure what to say, so he went with the first thing that came to mind. He wanted to let out a woeful sigh, but he held it in. Trying to keep his composure and throw up his defenses. Trying to keep in and bottle up his own emotions on the subject of himself and Nattie. He finished off the rest of his coffee and set the empty cup on the table. Then he says to Nattie...

"Doesn't mean that we can't continue being friends though.... eh, partner?"
