The next step (Dravis)

Ascension returns from a break and Carson Freedom was standing in the center of the ring with a microphone in his hand. His theme music was playing in the background as the fans cheered. The music then faded away as he lifted the microphone to his lips.

I’m gonna start of by saying that it will be an honor to wrestle in the royal rumble tonight for a chance to wrestle in the ladder match later tonight. Winning that ladder match secures you in a spot for the Global Supremacy world title match. This is a chance that I am most defiantly am not passing up on and look forward to wrestling in the royal rumble with a chance to wrestle in the ladder match. Now, let’s get onto other business. This other business is Johnny Phoenix. He managed to pull off a win at Lock Up! which allowed him to wrestle in the ladder match tonight. I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that it was all a set up so that he would have to avoid wrestling me. Sean let Phoenix pin him while Jacob was down because Johnny was afraid to wrestle me here tonight at Ascension. Now I have to say that was a cowardly move Johnny but it’s cool because I will do my all to win that Royal Rumble match so that there will be no running away from me in the ladder match. So this brings me to the next topic, Sean Dravis. Sean, or should I say “bro,” I can’t believe you gave up a chance to go onto the ladder match tonight. That’s how I can tell you are not part of my family cause you’re not smart. But it’s cool cause I know that you wanted to help your boy out. Well since I can’t wrestle Johnny one on one tonight, I am challenging you to a match tonight. So bring your sorry little ass down to the ring and accept the challenge.

Carson meant business now. He has hated Johnny Phoenix since the day he set foot in the VWE. It always has been that way and probably always will be that way. He waited for the arrival of Sean Dravis.

It didn’t take long before Bulls on Parade would strike and blast through the P.A. system. The fans stood on their feet and turned towards the stage as they began to boo. A few moments then passed before Sean Dravis then made his way from the back shaking his head wearing a black shirt and jeans. He clapped his hands a few times as he looked at Carson who was standing in the ring. He scratched his chin as he spoke up towards him.

“Well, well, well... It looks as if Carson Freedom wants to get his ass handed to him in the middle of the ring by one of the Hot Shots once again... That’s fine “bro”, I have no problem as to accept your challenge here tonight, and it will be my pleasure to kick your ass in the ring yet again and prove to you exactly why I’ve always been more dominant than you have.”

Sean rubs his chin with a smirk on his face as he walks around on ramp for a few moments. He then cleared his throat as he began to speak up towards Carson yet again and his little challenge that he’d thrown out.

“You may be involved in that battle royal here tonight, but let me tell you this... Even if you do pull off the chance of winning that battle royal, it won’t matter, because Johnny’s in that ladder match, and a Hot Shot always prevails! So whether you like it or not, you’re coming out on the losing end here tonight Carson. And once I’m finished with you in that ring, we’ll have the stretchers carry you out and you’ll be spending the next six months laying in a damn hospital bed! Haha!”

Sean rubs his chin as he continues to walk around stage and speak up as well towards the crowd and audience in attendance, as well as Carson himself.

“All in all Carson, tonight I’ll be welcoming YOU back to the REVOLUTION!”

After Sean had finished what he was saying, Carson chimed in.

You done now “bro”? Now, you say that you are gonna show which one of us is more dominant, well I’m waiting for that to happen. I mean you did injure me way back when I first started but I came back and kicked your ass in that last man standing match. You can’t say anything about that cause you know damn straight what happened. Then after that you came crawling to me asking to be my tag partner just cause you wanted to make a name for yourself cause you know damn sure that my name was bigger than yours at the time when you were there a lot longer than I was. I was the one who helped you get your first title reign when we captured the tag titles. Your boy Johnny never helped ya’ with that. Haha. Face it man, you are nothing without me.

So yeah, first I’m gonna go out there to the royal rumble and win that so that I can deal with both you and Phoenix in the same night. I like the sound of that. I hope you have stepped up your game since that last man standing match cause I don’t think you want to be embarrassed by me again in the ring. I think you’ve been embarrassed enough by me.
