The camera begins to roll, as we see William James, standing backstage,
in front of a large "GCW Ascension" logo, as a backdrop.
WJ smiles into the camera, and begins to speak...
"So, here I was last night, looking at GCW.com,
and an official announcement has been made for 'GCW Ascension'...
and at the top of the list... the man you see in front of you...
ME... WILLIAM JAMES...
Now, sure... I'm not gonna come out here and brag about
how good this season has been for me... because, honestly...
I would be lying if I said it has been a good start.
0-3, so far, does not make me even close being of Championship material...
But, this Rumble match planned... gives me a chance to step back...
re-focus my efforts, and be entered into the Ladder match,
the winner securing a spot at Global Supremacy.... for the GCW World Championship.
Win a spot here, for a chance here...for a chance here... WHATEVER....
William James may not be the biggest name in GCW...
hell, with my record lately... 'A' name would be even be a stretch.
But, all my life, I've thrived on being the underdog...
and this would be one of those times.
The Rumble match is a chance for a new start...with EPIC possiblities!
Gentlemen.... get ready...
