Lauren walks back into the locker room as she just lost her match but still that was on par with the rest of the faction but she was seriously in a bad mood. Jack and Steve were waiting for her as she arranged this meeting with them behind Cage's back but not to undermine him. Lauren slammed an open locker in sheer frustration and then she threw her boot across the room.
"DAMN IT!"
Lauren then kicked a locker in her eyes and to most of the locker room her losing to Trinity was an embarassment, and Lauren threw her other boot across the room. Then she leaned back against the wall and slide down it, and sitting on the floor holding her head in her hands. Lauren was seemingly unaware that her tantrum was witnessed by Jack, Steve and also millions of fans watching at home.

Toreno laughed. it wasn't like him. he then coughed to try and get Laurens attention.
[glow=red,2,300]don't worry, Trinity got lucky. it happens all of the time, people get lucky in big matches. just look at me. and besides i can guarantee that if you faced again she would even match up to you. your the greatest debutante wrestler out there.[/glow]
Toreno looked over to Jack and smiled. he found the tantrum cute and funny at the same time.

Lauren hadn't really realized that they were in the room until Steve had said that, and she looked up at him and she now felt really stupid and had begun to blush. Lauren stood up and leaned back against the wall and folded her arms it seemed that all members of the faction had lost and Lauren was the only one that threw a tantrum of epic proportions and it seemingly made Christian Bale's flurry of F-bombs look like an episode of the power puff girls.
"I'm sorry you had to see that, I just feel so disgusted with myself."

Toreno shakes his head jokingly.
[glow=red,2,300]heck dont worry about it. i mean i got beat, Jack got beat so were all good. on a level playing field thats good at least none of our egos will flare up tonight. so was it really that bad. i mean i saw but i wasnt in the ring so i dont know how it truely went. bad im guessing.[/glow]

Lauren nodded for most of the match it was either Lauren was a step behind or Trinity was a step in front or both. Either way Lauren performed badly and she had no injury to blame no her mind wasn't there she absolutely had no excuses for losing.
"I guess we all had a bad night, eh?"
Lauren had images of Cage pulling his hair out as all his potential signings had lost tonight, Lauren chuckles before moving over to the guys and sitting in between them.

Jack just sat on a paded steel chair, with his head down, holding an open water bottle in his right hand that he had been drinking. He barely even looked up at Lauren, and the positive mood Steve was in just irritated Jack. He didn't speak very loud and unless they were listening close, Lauren and Steve would barely understand or hear him....
We're trash..... un-adulterated garbage.... Especially me, I couldn't get it done....
Jack's voice began to rise with anger...
I couldn't even get past the first round....
Jyndal looks up at Steve and Lauren...
Do you know how pathetic that is?! I mean sure you two lost....but I lost in a tournament that I was supposed to win.... ME! I was supposed to win this whole damn thing and go on to become World Champion..... now I'm just nothing but an over rated piece a shit.... I did no better than Angel, the man I said was crap......what does that make me then eh?....
Jack stands up....
Eh steve?! does that make me just as bad as him?! GOD DAMMIT...
Jack chucks his half full water bottle at a wall in the room. Then sits back down....
Where the hell am I supposed to go from here?

Lauren realized that she wasn't the only one in the group who had taken their loss badly, Steve as ever was cheerful and she thought that was maybe working well for her but not for Jack he was comparing himself too much to Angel Fyre. There was no comparison from what Lauren could see Jack was a lot tougher as Remmy really had to work for the victory.
"Jack stop comparing yourself to Angel, you are not him and he is not you."
Lauren smiled at Steve before turning back to Jack because she had a plan, and it would only work if they worked as a team.
"Jack you aren't the only one who blew a chance at a world title, my loss to that tramp has done me no favors. We are supposed to be the top dogs around here. We need to become closer, sure you and Steve are like brothers. However us collectively aren't really on the same page we need to be a cohesive unit." |
