*The Avenger's music hits as he has heard enough of the babbling from the other competitors or wannabes that want to be World Champion. The fans jump on their feet as the Avenger looks at them as he knows his time has came. He walks to the ring as a mic was left for him. He picks it up and begins to speak.*
You know when you are the greatest wrestler ever to lace up a pair of wrestling boots then you get to laugh at the so called talent or main eventers in this company from time to time. The Avenger had all accounts to let 8 other guys fight it out and see what would happen maybe a few months down the road. But you know after seeing who came out and why it is obvious that this company really needs someone to save it from the mediocrity that was just out here and has been out here from the beginning of the show. It is obvious that this company needs to grant the Avenger what is his and that is the Continental Heavyweight Championship!
*The crowd errupts as they want to see it as well.*
Now the Avenger knows that "past" accounts mean nothing to the eyes of Ms. Wallace at this point why should they. But the truth be known the Avenger was the first ever GCW World Champion and the only 2 time winner of that. And for those that are new to GCW you should know it wasn't that the Avenger had to beat Tom or Jerry for that title but both times go through about 4 other guys for that title. And tonight it is looking like that will happen again.
The Avenger was backstage listening to all the lies from those wanting a taste of what it is like to be the dark warrior with all the gifts that the good Lord gave him. You know the Avenger had all intentions on just laying the law down on Cal Crossfire but you know what it is time that the Avenger lay down the law on those that believe they are the next World Champion.
*The Avenger climbs on the middle turnbuckle absorbing the fans love for him as he can't help himself.*
Now we got guys like Christian Pryce and James Hunter that have been champions in this company before but want to take their game to the next level. And surely one day their day will come if they stay committed and not be strayed away. We got the rookie phenom in Daniel Justice. With a few good matches it seems he may be able to take the next step on the ladder of super stardom. We got Jack Jyndal again has seen the gold on a lower level and a man that has a victory over the champion that decided to walk away. And lastly we got Brent Starr. The man that the Avenger had a few matches with and it looks that the love loss for the Avenger is pretty strong. No regrets since everyone feels the Avenger may not be the man since a so called woman left. But what you fail to understand Starr is that the Avenger can care less about a female as he cares as much for you and everyone else in my way on what is mine.
Now the Avenger knows you are backstage and probably patting yourself on the back on the comments you love to make and you are probably thinking if I, Brent Starr, come out and say a few words that maybe the so called Avenger will come out and I can have a little revenge on the man that beat me last year. You failed to understand that you don't have to lessen yourself in name calling and just say hey Champ why don't you throw your name in the hat and lets do our dance one more time. The Avenger will be more than happy to oblige. Now no disrespect to the other competitors but you and the Avenger know as well as these fans and the boys in the back that we both want to see us lock horns one more time for the biggest prize known to man.
Hell, maybe we can get some other long lost souls that have been away to come in and play with us in the sandbox. Regardless in who the Avenger faces first and he will be in this tourney. It won't be a legit tourney without the #1 and Franchise player involved. So mark my words the Avenger isn't doing none of this but for one reason and that is to hold that title not for the 1st or 2nd time but the 3rd. The man that has all the keys to all the locks. The man that will deliver pain. The man that does not have to link himself to other variables but the one that has made him who he is and that is his great wrestling ability and the fact that no one is man enough to stop him.

One way or another that title will go around my waist once again. The only question is who in the world is going to stop me from running through the rest of the competition like water through a straw. It isn't what is said or how it is said but what you do after you say it.
