Thunder and lightning. That's what the sky above Chicago looked like that night. Raindrops splashed against the windows of the train he was on. It made the same constant sound during the whole trip. Where he was coming from? Didn't matter. He wasn't going back. He held nothing but a sport bag on his side. His reddish eyes were on the outside, looking at the city named Chicago. The train was near. It was dark inside the train and the reflection of his eyes was the only thing that could be truly seen here. He remembered why he was going where he was going. Suddenly, his eyes went down, to his knees.
He was holding a crimson-colored mask. Like his face and body, the mask was full of scars, like it went through war. It was black and there was burned red spots on it. It was a very strange and old mask. Full of memories... Still, it looked like it was heavy and tough. He went to put his mask inside his bag. The lights of the city were making this individual far more easily to see. He was wearing some U.S. Army Uniform. Many medals on it. The man had a very neutral face, like he didn't even care what fate he could have next. Like he was not going to Chicago for 'fun'.
The doors opened after a man screamed that they were now in Chicago. The train was totally stopped and he was one of the last person to get out of it. Families and couples... He was alone. It was cold outside, but the soldier didn't care about getting a shelter. He walked down an dark and misty alley, before arriving near a market, with many citizen. A car passed right before him, nearly splashing him. Welcome back to the U.S. His military outfit was getting soaked. His dark hair too. The soldier's eyes turned to a nearby Cafe. It was simple and stylish.
His hand went to grab the door knob...

You know people are getting confused at us talking like this is OOC or just IC ramblings between my mind. What people? Barely anyone is around, it's the off season. That doesn't mean we can keep doing this. Why the hell not? I'm not breaking any rules ;D Yeah but you have to admit it IS weird. No, it isn't. Look, I'll explain it here; This kind of talking is Alice's mind arguing with itself, and me the writer at the same time. That's not a very easy to understand explanation... Just, move on. Look, someone who wants interaction with NEW people! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "... Ah." Alice stops in front of the new found face, she'd opened the door from the inside to look outside to be perfectly honest. She had not been able to go back to GCW's cafe, so she found a local one. She as before, admittedly done little to no research on GCW males... so this could prove to be useful. "Hello there..." Oh that was smooth. SHUT UP Dx "Um... sorry, come in.." Alice moves back from the exit, letting the door open more for the man. He didn't look like anyone from the current roster... maybe he was one of the rumored new superstars? Why was she even thinking about that? Wasn't she not even on the roster yet? Alice somewhat sighs heavily at that thought. She shifts her shirt around a bit, she was in a t-shirt and denim shorts. Heavy boots. Odd attire for the kind of weather outside, but Alice liked the rain . "........"That awkward silence is just a killer isn't it. Like you can do better for someone we don't even know. Watch me. "......"Alice shakes her head for a moment, blinking rapidly. She looks up at the man with a cocked head before smiling somewhat at his outfit. Oh really now... "... Military man.... a lot of medals huh...."Alice looks the man up and down for a moment, it flashes through her mind that in order to get that many medals in the heat of combat.... you would have had to-... "... Guess that's best served for later. Anyway.... hi, my name is Alice.... you know, from Wonderland. I just forgot my Chesire cat and top hat so you'll have to forgive me for that... and who are you?"

Thunder and lightning, still. He was in and he was listening to what Alice told him. Alice... from... Wonderland. It seemed like two different worlds collided in a vicious and awesome boom in one second. The serious war guy... and the dreaming girl. It was like him and Chicago. He was used to different places. But still, that girl looked... interesting. Maybe she was on drugs. Or maybe it was now fashion and 'cool' to call yourself a cartoon character these days.
_ ...
He didn't know, and didn't care really. That girl was the first person to talk to him since a few hours. Sure there was that small boy asking for a dollar before he sat in that train, but meh. His reddish eyes did seem to be quite weird, but so was a person coming from... Wonderland... Could he tell her he was in the Army? Maybe, and he hoped, that girl already figured it out. She did look at his uniform anyway.
_ ...
Dressed like that here alone? It was late too and there was a storm outside. He was curious about her. But that side of him was buried, under maybe years of screams.
_ They used to call me Hellscream...
_ I'm from a far different place than... 'Wonderland'.
His eyes went away slightly, remembering the screams, the bullets and the buzzing sound of exploding grenades and claymores. He sat down at a table. He didn't offer Alice a seat. He didn't remember those polite things. Hellscream didn't mind her at all. And maybe she could help him around. Right now, he wanted a hot chicken. Yea he liked those. At least he remembered that much... His eyes went back to her a fter a second. Weird clothes for that weather.

"You'd be surprised... Wonderland isn't to far from Hell."
Alice watches as the man takes a seat. Hellscream. That's... interesting. She didn't have her book bag with her, so she didn't have her laptop, meaning she couldn't record any of the information she may or may not be able to learn about the Army man known as -Hellscream-. Craaaaap.
She drags a chair out from the table he sat down at, turning it around she plops down in it. Her feet placed square at either side of the chair, she leans her chest and forearms against the bridge of it's back. Army... the army...
Flashbacks are ill advised.. Don't worry.. I'm not that dumb.
"... I had family in the army.... I think. I can't remember... can't remember much of my childhood... I guess that's the opposite for you huh... I can't remember...
You don't want to remember...."
That was pretty cruel.. you don't know what he's gone through. I'm trying to learn about the man, just let me work.
".... You're not here for fun are you... Mr. Scream."
Alice nuzzles her cheek against her forearms, she stares at the man across the table. Silence. The really annoying awkward kind. The cafe was somewhat empty, rainy night, stormy night. Kind of the opposite of that holy night all is bright stuff. She looks around and notices a few waitresses still in the joint. She raises her left arm and waves at one of them, signaling she kind of needed service. The woman slowly makes her way over.
"Can I get you two anything?"
"Not sure... I guess I'll have a Orange Twist Vodka... rocks...
Mr. Scream? Anything the nice lady can get you too?"
The waitress blinks at the name, and the order. Alice had nearly choked on that very drink back at the GCW cafe, but she figured if she didn't try to SLAM IT THIS TIME, she might be able to stomach the damned thing. She cocks her head and stares at the Army-One across the table. Everything about a person can tell you something about them, their hair, their shoes, what they eat and drink. She was looking for information.

He didn't think about he would have. Soon, everything would start with GCW, and he was just getting ready to jump back into action. His eyes turned to her waitress, and he just asked what he wanted.
_ Hot chicken sandwich.
And then his eyes went to Alice in front of him. Quite the mysterious and silly girl, to him at least. There was something special about that girl anyway. That got him to wonder one thing about Chicago. Was that the kind of civilian that roamed the streets and restaurants? Or maybe it was an effect of GCW? Wrestling companies always had attracted the strangest people around, and it always changed a city, depending on the size of the said promotion.
_ You know anything about GCW, Alice?
Straight to the point.

.... What's wrong?... He asked out right about GCW. S- so?.. We're looking for information too... Only three kinds of people ask about information that boldly. Huh... ? One, someone who already knows. Two, someone who doesn't care. Or three, someone who geuninely has no clue. So then he just doesn't know... ... Right.
"It's run by a woman."
A short, sweet and cruel answer escapes from her lips. She stares curiously at Mr. Scream. She taps her fingers slowly on the edge of the chair before a haughty little sigh.
"Should be opening soon. I'm sure you'll have lots and lots of fun playing with other people, Mr. Scream. Reliving the good old days..."
You shouldn't be so mean... Why the hell not? He was in the army you know... he fought for- Do NOT get me started on what -THEY THINK- they're fighting FOR! ........
"In short, I know virtually nothing about GCW, as far as you're concerned. Most of my research was done for my own benefit and survival, divas, statistics. Boring mind numbing processing.. I know little to nothing about your Titan division and it's future. Mr. Scream."

His eyes went out the window a bit. Raindrops and lightnings in the distance. A flash. Cool.
_ Hmm.
His sight went again on Alice. There was an uncomfortable silence again. One kind that 'Hellscream' was familiar with. Although it seemed like an eternity, it was only a short moment before the waitress arrived with everything. Talk about a fast service. He wondered where the hell that hot-chicken came from for example. Sure, there was nobody in here besides him, Alice, and a young couple.
It was dark, cold and wet outside. Not a good night to go out and eat something. The bar on the other side of the bar street seemed full though. Maybe a sport event? Suddenly, his attention was caught by something else. He didn't even knew if Alice was enjoying her Vodka, or if she was gone back to Wonderland. It was an announcement about GCW on tv. A short teaser for the new season. The only thing the soldier saw was the fight and competition of that place.
_ Alice... You know how to get a contract there?
_ Old Soldier can't die just yet...
Practically laughable. Hellscream was around 28 max. GCW was something like a battlefield? In a metaphoric way, yes. Fighting was one of the few things he was admired for. This was nothing like the Army though, but it was the best of the bests... Old Georges never lied to him before, and on his way back above the Atlantic Ocean, he heard about GCW from that Major. So many years away made Hellscream different. He suffered many trauma. His bloody mask was only evidence.
The cuts from a nearby grenade were still present on it... Still, nobody say that mask yet.
He just needed an answer... now.
A direction.
* Sorry if I'm not super fast posting. A lot of things going on now.
