Yeah this is going to sound totally retarded but I have reached my tether with it.

Since I got SVR for the 360 I have been trying and failing to recapture Lauren's 08 look for 09. Those who have spoken to me on msn know this all to well. With Lauren it's always been about her look, in my eyes she need to look good. Every 360 face on 09 looks ugly I despise the caw mode on it so much and I want to scream out loud "WHY IS IT SO DIFFERENT FROM THE PS2 VERSION" Every version I make just drives me closer to insanity, I am close to thinking I'll never get her look on 09 for next gen. I am going to sound harsh but I am not liking many of the next gen faces I am sure its the game and not the makers. I just can't role play Lauren as being attractive when personally I think the CAW is ugly.

Now most of you won't understand this or at least I think you won't like it. In order for me to role play Lauren she needs to look like Lauren. It's a thing I have, especially with Lauren. Lauren needs to look good in my eyes and everything in the next gen CAW mode is thrown off by the damn ugly noses and weird eyes. I have tried all kinds of things but every time I make a face I get this voice saying "It's not Lauren" and I trash it.

I tried basing faces on a real person and this years next gen game frankly it just doesn't work you can try and say it looks like whoever but I don't see it myself. Maybe it was my choice of models but I could never get them and others I have seen haven't resembled the model either. I tried Velvet Sky it didn't work, I tried Ali Larter it didn't work. I am pretty much just coming to the point of throwing the pad across the room it's so frustrating.

Others are pissed about move sets and such, but to be honest I don't give a shit anymore. I can't even get my CAW to look right so I shouldn't worry if she can win matches or not. I like her PS2 face I tried to get that for her on the 360 failing epically, and nothing I make is good enough either for her.

So if I can't get her face right then it looks like Lauren will be no more unless I can take her to a PS2 fed.

My best advice, is to stray away from working on her for a bit. I found trying to create NEW characters that I accidentally wound up making old ones faces without realizing it till after. Sometimes just stepping away for a few days can do wonders.

I don't have a PS3, or 360 yet, but will have the 360 come Thursday... so I'll be one to test my own advice if I can't do it myself when converting to 360 :S

So stay tuned.. I might be the next to blow a fuse about the 360 and morphing.

Morphing is only part of it, it the skin tones on the game and the detail on the nose that bugs me a lot. A lot have the heavy bags and dark tone around the face that just looks really bad. Or really wrinkly.

I just feel like taking it to the develops and giving them a hard slap.

That's what designs are there for. I understand you'd probably rather use the layers for attire parts, cause, sometimes I'm like that. But... Movable Designs, make up, marks/scars are there to cover up those problems.

Tried that and two reasons I didn't like it

One: I can still see the nose detail that bugs me most even with a 103 over it.

Two: I am colorblind and the face skin is near impossible for me to match it.
