A problem with the saves for PS3, but we're not giving up on Next gen just yet, especially since Last Gen would be more limited when you really think about it all and the fact that hacking probably isn't going to happen. With a small roster, we can definitely make things continue to happen following the Next Gen patch, things will have to just wait until it's released to really start running.

I'm good to go either way folks. By limiting me to 1 character, it actually HELPS me anyway. Less time I'd need to spend doing multiple characters, the more I spend on the one.
I have the PS2 version currently, and will have the 360 come Xmas.. I've always typed forms up, and always will anyway. So if you don't like typing, suck it up, as was said. It only takes an hour tops, and if it takes more then that, then do it quicker lol

I'll be happy with whatever. lol I've always typed formulas, so that doesn't really bother me much. And I pretty much got my character I want to use for GCW right now. So, if we have the smaller roster, I won't mind. Just as long as GCW 2009 is a go, I'm good. lol

I know a lot of people will prolly disagree but possibly maybe GCW should downgrade so to speak. Go from videos to written results like WTF used to be like for those who were there. Go strict formulas and written results except maybe the PPV's. This would probably allow the staff to get more simmers to help out probably reducing the workload for current simmers and that. Course this puts more pressure on the members to not just up and leave if they have to sim a match for GCW. ... No. As a sim fed, we're having video. Either way, the staff will still have to sim to give you a result, so it's not even saving us some time. That sounds like the death bell moreso than the fact that we're pretty much having to change for next year anyways, since I'm hearing about underground bitchings with no feedback in this thread. Writing up, and giving details sounds like more of a workload in actuality, not to mention you don't visually see how well your CAW did, and what can be improved in a future update. You seem to miss my main point. By going to written results the work load can be spread between more "workers" reducing the work load for individual staff members. Not everyone has a capture card so they can't sim and do videos. But there are more people with teh game who could probably do text results meaning more simmers per match. Also I never said do away with videos entirely. Save them for the PPVs. As you said the main problem is staff being overworked reguardless of the route taken. Especially with everyone getting such a variety of the game. So people spread across 3 systems places the fact conversions have to be made. Means more work whoever has to convert. Also, you make it sound like graphics and visuals are the most important thing to an efed. That without graphics and being as advance as possible an efed is no good. I don't know about anyone else but what determines how a good a fed to me isn't graphics or movies, but the OOC environment. People I can talk to and share laughs with. Sometimes a sacrifice like this has to be made for a fed to continue and to succeed.

And that sacrifice is being taken by this route. I've actually got an idea right now that is being formulated in the staff office. And still, by the text results, it is more work because then we're back on PS2 for one, and having to spread multiple cards out amongst numerous people, or having to make different versions. I get your point on that aspect, but I'm telling you, we're still not going to go with text at all. Sorry.
The OOC/Graphics/Whatnot, that should end up being heavily divided by the time all is said and done, especially for those staffers that are needing a lighter work load, they can get specific duties that are within their capabilities of handling.

A limited women's division division, isn't an unfortunate thing really, how often in real life feds do you see women in extreme matches? Agrees with this, I'm not trying to be sexest or anything. I just think that women only have the standard matches for a reason. To keep there good looks, and no complaints from me. On a character note, Lauren believes in the women's division being level with the mens. However she thinks they shouldn't have to wrestle men or have to bleed excessively to get there. Stares at Starr... Formulas *sigh* an hour? never managed to stay focused on that boring of a task to do it in an hour. this year looks like I need to do 4 at least. Also the 1 character effects me I'd like 2 but... Lauren's story plan can fit a manager role not just a wrestlers. I'm sure people can fill her void in the Debutante Divison

i have got Ps2 version and will NOT (big letters cause i have no next Gen lol) be getting 09 for anything else. though for me i dont think this is a problem as Forms from the two gens will be similar, different yes but its not like the entire format is different. its the same form (with Help Pics) for most gens. just have to slightly modify it to feature the differences for 360 or Ps3. i think anyway lol.
However i personally would like GCW to remain current Gen until next year. but thats just me. we have to do what we need to really.

Next gen is looking more and more to be the final answer, after a conversation with all four this morning. But, it looks like we have some compromises going to not completely limit everyone to one CAW, or totally fuck over the Debutante division, although we'll still have to have only normal like matches.
