Home fed format

OK I assume that we all have our home feds I know of at least two people who do. I might record some of these and post here if nobody minds

I am trying to get a 50/50 gender split, and to vary my caws a little more. I currently have a kayfabe brother sister combo as the champions

Scott Scarr - World Heavyweight Champion
Ashley Scarr - Women's Champion

Vacant - Tag Champions

The setting, low budget probably ROH or old ECW. Characters pretty much my mainstay of CAWs. The above champions won via simming, I tend to sim a bit often.

Scott Scarr - My best attempt at a hardcore guy, he reminds me of a mix of Brent Starr and Jack McArthur. Wasn't intentional but he looks cool none-the-less. He is the brawler type who doesn't care who gets hurt and he isn't angry, he takes punishment as well as he gives it. He is my first 09 original. From New South Wales, Australia. Looking for an Aussie theme for him but not sure if Airbourne or AC/DC fit him. (when I get pics up you'll see)

Ashley Scarr - Formerly Starr (Public announcement. Cheap way to gain Starr heat ) I went with Scarr as it sounds similar and still pretty cool IMO. A former fashion model and socialite. Also like Scott she is Australian, but in her Starr days she rolls with an convincing American accent. Her attire is kind of punkish and probably

Some are kind of blank canvas' character wise, Logan for example is one lol. Basically these are the characters that I am no longer or never did roleplay. To keep the realism. Only exception really is Brent Steel who wrestles when his TAP schedule allows him too. Most of the wrestlers above are made so I might get some pictures of them up soon and update the backstories for them.

Sounds like a good idea. I'd say roll with it and I'm sure nobody would have a problem with it. If they do, screw em. Unless its staff of course Your old YouTube show was pretty nice so I'd assume this would be as well.

I run my own fed at home. Mostly me, but have a few friends (sometimes up to 8 here) who come and play and I just run with it while keeping my storylines intact, while adapting to their interaction and changes/what comes of their play. This is demonstrated by my explanation of Starr and Shoque breaking up the Future Shock tag team, which was done by a friend of mine turning on me in a tag match over "wanting the last beer in the fridge". It made me laugh, but I thought "Yeah, that's TRULY believable, I'll run with it". From that one incident came 3 new caws

Doing your own home stuff REALLY keeps you working on your stuff, including making new caws, backstories and things stay interesting with your characters.

Shit ive been doing this since 06 lol. I have everything that I ever did written down in one notebook. I called it the WWA for so 2 years and since 08 ive called it the VWL(Virginia Wrestling League) My roster consists of everyone that you all have seen plus ALOT more lol. 30 on each, 2 shows, Madness and Turmoil. I have my owned named 12 PPV's and have my own way of crowning my main events come the Wrestlemaina of my Home fed. I have my own storylines and such and also have about 8 or so Legends of the feds. Which consist of Dante Atlas, Shouta, John Velocity, Marcus Heat, Jimmy King from Ready to Rumble(who is the only non original CAW I have and my Hulk Hogan of my fed). I have fun with it and its a fun thing to do. To Be Honest it helps me sometimes get ideas for feds and how to rp a certain character. And hell, if you don't have time to do it you have 12 months to do it all so if you decide to do 3 months PPV's in one week? Do it, you have the rest of the year for the rest of the PPV's and shows lol. This year I'm going to try to have a divas league since I now have the profiles to use instead of 5 mem cards LMAO. I generally have about 10 LHW's on each roster to go along with my HW's. I also have everyones title record written down to LMAO. Its fun as hell and id recommend everyone to try it sometime.

Thanks guys, I noticed that I didn't finish Ashley's summary lol.

At the moment it's on ps2, but I need to convert them to my 360.

Myke and Willow remember OTW and I know some others here remember the name and it's name was a joke/pun "Over the Top Wrestling" basically a joke because wrestling can be difficult to believe at times lol. I tried an off-season simmed fed which flopped, I think I put too much pressure on myself to put matches out regularly. But if I take my time and probably capture most before release as Joe posted above I think.

I think I might try and make it scripted like OTW was the first time around, with 360 having highlight reel it can get the perfect pictures and still action shots. Basically I suppose like a low budget WWE style show, I can make banner's and stuff I made some fairly slick ones for the first OTW.

I will probably write some promos for backstage stuff as the game only has cut scenes for RTWM and I can't do what a friend does with URWL for his promos. Pretty much in role play format, and try to make the beat downs appear in CAW form after all backstage matches are in and highlight reel might make them look better, if well edited.

Got I better idea of the roster now too, blank ones will probably mean new CAWs for 09 or ones that didn't make it to 08 but were on the numerous wrestling games I owned lol

Given that I want to keep it 50/50 I am not sure if I should have Tag Titles as females on 360 would have to have invisible belts. I mean like both have Tag Champions. Though might make scripting more difficult. I'll have to think on that one.

Also I like hearing more about other people's home feds too. Since I can imagine if you are like me there's plenty of history to them.

OTW was Deception is the Wrestlemania/Victory Road type PPV. Also was the first event I recorded in full, I think I still have it on my computer somewhere lol

I think that recorded I should start with the title's vacated, I am sure I can think of a story as to why that might happen.
