There's something that's really been bugging me that happens in all efeds and even I do it and when I realize it, I get frustrated. It's believability. Well actually it's more along the lines of realistic and repeating and like I said I do it too and when I catch me doing it it bugs me a lot.
One of the biggest things is when someone clearly has a size advantage and you don't see that person as a threat. I've had people about a foot smaller and 100 pounds lighter than Maniac call him little man. I understand that fits some people's characters and situations, but for those it don't and there are quite a few it's just sad. I'd compare it to me(in the 5 foot range) walking up to Khali, Big Show, or Andre(if he were alive) and calling him little man. I'd just get laughed at and blown off more than likely.
Another is when people lose repeatedly. Yes heels generally call them flukes, but come up with something new please. And when a face does it. I know some are going to say "It doesn't fit my character." Alright so you're a face and you go on a losing streak. Instead of calling them flukes how about try to get a partner and maybe do a handicap match or tag team match.
And it brings me to my next problem. People aren't willing to put their character into situations where they'll get their ass kicked. Where it's practically guarenteed. I've done it 3 times rp wise in 2 years and I consider once in match wise and I regret not doing it more. I honestly enjoyed my fued with Brent Starr in FCW where in everyone's eyes each week was another defeat for me. Hell even got one hell of an upset out of it. Same with rps. I agreed to put Maniac on the shelf even though I wasn't going to take a break from rping. Twice were like 5-on-1 assaults and once as a result of a hardcore match. My favorite rps because as much as I showed Maniac to be almost superhuman in how much punishment he could put out of commission at times.
Basically to sum it all up, people always wanting their character to have the advantage or a level playing field and people never seeming to allow their character to acknowledge a loss or call a loss something other than a fluke gets old and annoying. And I'm saying everyone, including me does this and some do this more than others and I'm sure I'm not the only person to see this.
Yea just something I needed to say from lack of sleep lol. Feel free to add your own opinion to this. You know major things you like or dislike about efeds in general as a whole. Which means NO specific fed is pointed out because all feds have these issues and they probably won't go away but could decrease. [/rant]

That's part of the reason why we've kept our settings and stats secret. We want you to have fun instead of testing the fuck out of your CAWs. Obviously that hasn't happened, but, meh.
CAWs up against those they know they'll lose to? I've done it plenty of times myself, twice just recently. Hasn't bothered me a bit, as it gave me something to do. Did the same thing last year when Pyro fluked out and won the controversial FCW bit I've seen shot on across various boards, something that was planned from the get-go if he did win it. I believe you were part of the match he lost it in, Chris.
You ask me, too many people are gung ho and high and mighty about their CAW making that they have to have unbeatables. I've followed a strict formula this year to keep mine as believables and won't stray from it. The pain in the ass is, always trying to stay on top is a drain, is repetitive, and, when you're sitting on a belt, can just get redundant.
SOme of this stuff, is actually in our to-do list for next year, that will be delved more into in a members only board after this season is done and the new game's release date nears. Expect a lot of changes.

Starr will have a tag team partner next year, strictly to avoid anyone anywhere, claiming that I make him only to win world titles. How many has he won? FCW 1 time. Other then that, he's been middle of the pack title wise, despite his HUGE wins over losses ratio. I could sit and promo him to title after title here, but I choose to let other people have the spotlight, and get the push from it. Even when I put myself out there to fight anyone, I wind up winning anyway, which, even I admit, get's old. So, 2009 see's FUTURE SHOCK as a team in an efed. Here if it's running. Sylas in VWE for the story which I'm pleased to use as his final adventure before going to the retirement home in Toronto, with wife and kid, and millions upon millions of dollars. If anything, we'll see the son of DarkMan X finally get his shine on in an efed, Kaz Kronin (was named as such back in 2002) complete with his TRIFORCE shirt and green and black color scheme (he's an amusing, rvd type smoker guy, major comedy and born to make history by losing, but looking AMAZING doing so. The ultimate put over guy.

Basically Cal winning the Continental Heavyweight was a fluke, I expected Avenger to destroy him again. To be honest the reason I stepped up was for two reasons one to have fun and the other was to RP with a handler whom I regard as my mentor. I'm surprised that I had to feed people the little man stuff to use against Crossfire... 5' 8" or should be PAL game height is in CM I don't work in CM lol. Often I'll say big guy to emphasize that my character is smaller than the other. Also Cal is cocky so in his eyes nobody is better than him, and he shows little to no respect for anyone. Generally I have noticed that few people are willing to let their character take a beating because it maybe makes them look bad. The trouble is there are too many egos in efedding, everyone wants to have the character that would still kick your ass after eating a nuclear missile. I think there is no quick fix to this at all, its something that most I have seen suffer from myself included

I guess I'll throw my ten cents in too. As for realism? I think I stick pretty close to that. Don't necessarily use the "little man" or "big man" or whatever type of deal. I more go for a character's character when it comes to such things as insults. I find it interesting to have a war of words when it's attacking the character and not the look of a character. And, of course, as I tell anyone... Hit me with your best shot. lol Don't be scared or down your own ability. I RP with whoever. I find it interesting in what people use to insult my characters. I find it fun. lol That's why I was glad so many people publicly came out saying stuff about 187. ;D Let's me know people cared enough to peep what I was doing. And I got some interesting feud material for Remmy so that I actually had something to do with him for once. I love that stuff. It keeps threads interesting. I love back and forth insults. It's realistic. But I do stay within my bounds when it comes to that. Such as not saying stuff that my character would not know unless otherwise made public. Like say... I don't know... Random Joe Schmo is a coward behind closed doors and acts tough on camera... I'm not going to have Remmy say that you're a coward without having my own backup for it. Like ducking or dodging a challenge or something, that would be back up. Not going to say you're character is scared if they don't show it in public. I think I do pretty well when it comes to actually being realistic when it comes to RPing with people. Even though I totally am 100% against being completely realistic in terms of character... If I wanted average everyday people to pretend to be a character... I'll go to the movies or watch real wrestling. For me....? I treat my own characters like a fighting game. They all have colorful backgrounds and they are who they say they are. Nothing changes when the cameras are off. But that's just me. For the flukes? Meh, I might use that once in awhile. Only if it fits. I'm not going to lie and say I don't. I do if it fits. But anyone who knows me, knows I've had my fair share of bad luck over the years. I've had my horrible losing streaks when it comes to even my most popular characters. I've learned to deal with it. I stopped caring. I used to be mad and disappointed to have to add a strike to the L side for my people. But I've learned to stop caring. I know I can RP my way out of losses. I've learned to take my losses and learn from them. I still tend to test my CAWs, but not so hardcore that I need an unstoppable killing machine. If I win, yay for me. I won. I can feel happy for my character to finally win. If I lose? Meh... I'll deal with it if it comes up in RPs. As long as people don't get stupid and use the term "jobber." Then it's fine. I hate the term "jobber," in e-feds. It's completely unrealistic cause it's off-camera wrestling lingo for starters. And for two, people can't help losing. It's an e-fed. CPU vs. CPU. Luck determines to the winner in the majority of cases. Not going to say it's all based on luck, cause we all know how THQ likes to screw certain weight classes and fighting styles. Anyways... I hate the term "jobber," used as an insult cause people can't help if they are on a losing streak. I don't believe I ever used it. I don't plan on it either. Cause it not only attacks the character, it might make the handler feel like shit. Which is not what I want to do. Anyways... Flukes as an insult? Maybe once in a blue moon. But not constantly. As for the characters getting their ass kicked? I lose too much to not know that feeling. ;D Atleast, when it comes to the matches. As for out of the ring? Some people might have the feeling their character is all-powerful and getting attacked backstage is an issue for them because they don't want their character to appear weak. I've got no problem with people wanting to attack me. I might throw in, let me get some hits too and fight back a little, just to keep it interesting. But in the end, if it's an asskicking that my character needs to get, then hey... More fuel to the fire. ;D Totally makes for feuds to be much better when there are physical altercations off camera and such. lol But for being put in positions that might cause me to get an asskicking and lose? I don't need to say much on that. I've already mentioned I've had my losing streaks and I deal with 'em. Anyways... WhY sO sErIoUs...? Let's have fun, yeah...?

Why were you shot again? lol.
*Digs up 187's dead body and makes him kick Maniac's ass* There you've now officially been added to the list of people who've kicked my ass aka you've been pimped lol.
*Starts plotting to bring the movie Benchwarmers to reality only for luck to suddenly marry him and destroy everyone with a horrible moveset lol*
