*After hearing the news that the Avenger was in the Continental Heavyweight Championship Tournament, the Avenger goes and gets his "game face" on and begins his walk to the arena. He walks through the hall as other wrestlers are looking at a determined man. Avenger pays them no attention and makes his way to the stage area. A huge "pop" occurs once again as the Avenger makes his way down the ramp and into the ring. The Avenger asks for a mic. The ring lady hands him the mic and he gets to the center of the ring to make his appearance known.*

*The fans errupt*
Well the Avenger was backstage and heard the 8 names that were in this little test to see who is the man and who will walk out as the Continental Heavyweight Champion. Now with that said, the Avenger is not some rookie wet behind the ears when it comes to championships and these tournaments to find a champion. You have to be great and have stamina to indure what will happen tonight. And you fans are the ones that are lucky. But you know when the Avenger looks at the other 7 guys the Avenger rubs his head. The Avenger looks at the matchups that are apparent but tonight the Avenger begins with Steve Toreno. Yeah that is right, Steve Toreno. Now you know Toreno me and you got a little acquaintance history don't we. We were in the same company together and you know what the Avenger is all about.
Now the Avenger sees you as someone standing in the way of the inevitible. The Avenger sees you as a worthy opponent and someone that is destined to do things but again the Avenger sees you as someone trying to steal what is his in the first place. So tonight all of the wrestling buffs will realize that when you get in the ring with the Avenger then bad things tend to happen. But don't worry little man, you just had a bad draw. The Avenger plans on representing LockUp and be the Continental Heavyweight Champion for the 2nd time.
*The fans get louder as the Avenger paces around the ring.*
So Toreno it is time that we get this thing started. The Avenger won't have mercy on you or Remmy or Jyndal. Whoever the Avenger faces. And the history knows that the Avenger is a much better wrestler now and has his sights on you. But whatever Mayhem competitor lasts then be sure that the Avenger will be there facing them. That is not being cocky but knowing that the Avenger is the "Franchise" and the best wrestler on LockUp and in GCW, period.
Now Toreno make no mistake about it. You are going to have to come in here and wrestle me with all you got and bring a little extra if you want to survive. The Avenger has respect for you but it ends there. The Avenger has never surrounded himself with friends as we all know that it is about being the best and you my friend are obstacle #1 that will find out what the "Revelation" has in store for you. It's nothing personal but it is business.
