Last week. Oh last week was hard fought, and another win for Shia Storm in his quest to keep on dominanting everybody who's come in his way thus far. From the rookies who want to be straight taken to the top without doing a thing or guys who have been wanting their shots here, and there. Then the ones who will do anything in their power to take the title that Shia takes so much proud defending everytime it is time to do so. Those ones that need to act on cowardness, and do what has been done in the last couple weeks, just does not sit well. Its like this currently, Shia does not have his title in his grasp, but he still is your GCW Lock Up Champion. How does that sound to people? It sounds pretty damn wrong, and the more that Shia sat around waiting for the Paperview to come around, the rage, and anger that he felt inside right now from one man became a it bearing on him. Having to cool off from the situation of being attacked from behind with a Pipe that gave shia a rude wake up call. Something that he is realizing with this coward group Natural Selection. He's got a fight on his hands that just won't go anytime soon. He's already taken out Jack Jyndall though. He's done, and out of Shia's hair for now. Toreno was already beaten even though Toreno decided to attack Shia a couple weeks ago. That wasn't on his mind. The man who's been on a bit of a hot streek himself. A man that shows no fear of anyone lately. Shows no remorse for his actions, and never will. The man who's beaten many people who were on the brink of getting somewhere. A man that Shia is going to be the one to put this man down the hard way in essence to getting his title back. Crossfire! Cal Crossfire!
We are at the day of the event now. Just a few hours or so from "Rumble from down Under" to begin down in Sidney, Australia. One of the sites that Shia has always wanted to go forth to, but never had the chance with being busy all the time. Being here did ease his mind just a about. Seeing many fans who came to see wrestlers besides himself. The amostphere was refreshing to say the least. Shia's phone appears of started ringing. Who could be calling a few hours or so before the shop begins? Hard question to ask I guess, and never hurts to find out.
Hello. Shia speaking.
Hello there. Could this be?
Yes it is hunny. How have you been?
I've been good thus far. Taking care of business as usual, and you? Its been a while since I have heard from you. I saw that you came back to the company a little bit ago. Won your first match back. Looks like everything is back in order, and new confidence about you. Rumor is that you, and your old rival back in the Atlanta days are you going to tangle it up once again.
I hope those mind games help you this time around. You know your record with her. Not too stellar.
Yeah, but not many people know about that, and bringing it up out there won't turn anyone's heads unless its done where the lights are shinning. You know that hun. No pressure on you though, and whatever happens, things won't change. Remember that. You are going into something that could kill you once the bell is rung. you are going to be a bit nervous. Just kill that, and stay focus.
Well.
I just didn't see it coming ya know.
I was mad, but I did put my mind at ease. Calmed down, and enjoyed what's going on here. Realize that things will be okay. I will survive, and that he's just holding my title for now. He won't hold it for long. Anyways, don't mean to change the subject, but there are more things on my mind with you than just "Wrestling". What did Uncle say to get you out of his house? Last time that I went up there to see you, you were out of it so bad. Something that triggered in your brain. It wouldn't let you do anything, and basically, I was starting to loose faith that you were just not able to grasp anything anymore.
Sounds like a bit of soul searching was in order, and I assume that everything is in order correct?
True. Well, I have to get off this phone. I have a title to reclaim, and all. I'll talk with ya soon. Take care, and love ya.
Calls ends from there.
A few hours later, the opening video plays, and the fans are on their feet. A treat for all involved tonight. As the announcers do their announcing duties, and matches are talked about, Shia's music plays? Yes it is, and the lights dim to dark. Lights flicker in different colors. Shia comes on out onto the stage without his title around his waist. A rare site to see seeing as Shia has held that Lock Up title since late January. For those who didn't see what happened, they showed a flash back to the fans while Shia walked towards the ring. It was a shocking experience to say the least for our fans who didn't see it coming either. Shia has a microphone in hand. Just as Shia rose the microphone, the fans were in the frenzy, and was going wild for Shia. Brought a bit of a smile to his face, and he lowered the microphone to get a shot of the fans all over the arena. The fans quite down as he speaks.
Last week.
He pauses for a moment.
Last week!
I was handling a bit of business out here. I had a match with Jack Jyndall last week in a steel cage for the GCW Lock Up Championship! I defeated Jyndall. Made him pay for his actions, and his team's actions. Here's what happened after.
The announcers talk as the video plays again of what happened. Showing Shia outside of the ring just as he had got out of the cage. He had his title raised in his hand. Not knowing what was coming from behind him. All the fans that it was avenger who had come out. Actually turned around Shia with a frendly tap, but then was hit with a pipe in the skull. Knocking Shia out for the time being. lying helpless. Then it was revealed that it was Call Crossfire who was behind the facepaint. Making fools out of everyone including Shia Storm. The video stops. The crowd boos at the video.
Crossfire.
He smiles, and looks at the camera real good.
Cal Crossfire!
The man of the hour!
The man who has my title right now!
The crowd boos.
Congratulations of the trickery last week. I have to admit. You got me good when you disguised yourself as Avenger. What would of thought it huh?
Yeah who would of thought it?
What you did last week thought was a mistake that not many get away with it. Being a damn theif! You had the nerve come out here, and take my title from me! You had the nerve to make things personal with the man who has no fear of anyone, and has been the most dominant wrestler in GCW?
Don't blame me that you end up regreting your decision later tonight. Because you, and I are going to be fighting that title. I want my title back, and I'll break you to do so!
You kno what though. Matter affect. Crossfire? How about you bring your carcas out here right now. I know that you are hiding somewhere back there with my title. You knew that tonight that you would have to face me again. But actually face to face? So if you wouldn't mind?

Hello. Shia speaking.
Well Hello my darling.
Hello there. Could this be?

News travels by fast doesn't it huh? Yeah. Its true. I have been playing mind games with her. Making her ass believe that I would interested in hooking up with her, and that I'd make her little girlfriend leave her with my doing.
I hope those mind games help you this time around. You know your record with her. Not too stellar.
Yeah. Yeah. That's one thing that I do keep in mind, but don't let it drag me either ya know. Those times are over ya know, and different things can happen. Besides, you know that in the indy scene, it is a different story.
Yeah, yeah. Don't need a lecture sir. I got my mindset downpat. Anyways, what about you? How do you get ambushed like that, and now you have no title around your waist currently when you didn't loose your title yet!
Well.
Don't well me. Tell me!
I just didn't see it coming ya know.
I don't know. I'd thought you would of figured out by now that this group is gunning for you no matter who of the party is doing so. They want gold bad. You have the gold. Well not right now, but officially you do. You can not take them lightly, and you can not also let them take you out of your game. I bet before this talk, and before earlier before getting here in Aussie Land, you were ticked off like a mad man. Weren't you? Don't try to deny it. I have been away for a while, but I know you still like a book that I read over, and over.
I was mad, but I did put my mind at ease. Calmed down, and enjoyed what's going on here. Realize that things will be okay. I will survive, and that he's just holding my title for now. Well, it wasn't easy for me at all. I just felt like I stretched myself too thing, and that I lost my focus in all aspects of life. All of it! From family, friends, wrestling, and anything else in my life that meant something to me. I didn't know how to handle it at all. It was a burden on my heart. I couldn't come home because something in the house just put me of feeling more sorrow at that point. People reaching out to me that point wasn't what I needed. I needed to be locked away, and so I did that. No, I'm not proud of it, and probably some were turned off because of it.
Sounds like a bit of soul searching was in order, and I assume that everything is in order correct?
I wouldn't be standing here talking to you on the phone if I didn't ya know.
True. Well, I have to get off this phone. I have a title to reclaim, and all. I'll talk with ya soon. Take care, and love ya.
Okay. You as well, and love as always.
