The bell rang as time in the ironman match expired. Mark stood waiting for the referee to give the signal that the match would continue until the next fall considering there was a title on the line it only made sense. Needless to say he was shocked when instead of continuing the match the ref instead walked over and declared him the winner. Mark took one look at the ref his look clearly questioning the desicion and the ref leaned over and whispered in his ear.
Sorry man word from Masters she wants more time for the Storm versus Sharpe title match.
That answer didn't really seem to help calm the situation any as Mark motioned for a mic and the ref stood watching.
You know where I come from we shoot the messenger if he brings bad news and you most definatly brought bad news.
The ref obviously knew what was coming next his hands coming up trying to wave off Mark. It did him no good though as Mark launched a kick into the officials gut before hoisting him onto his shoulders and then slamming him to the mat in his oh so familiar finishing slam. Mark then retrieved the mic and started speaking once more.
Now I know I can't be the only one here who's pissed about the damn poor lack of judgement in calling a title match over at a draw. I'm pretty damn sure that all you people sitting out there came here to see a winner and a loser not this fucking crap. Hell I would have rather lost the title then keep it due to a god damn draw! That being the case it seems to me there is only one thing to do about this. Danger Zone me and Briggz once more in an ironman match and this time if it ends in a draw at the twenty minute mark then we'll do things right and go to sudden death so we get a title match done right with a winner and a loser, instead of a match cut short so The Underfaker and The Crock can score a few more minutes of TV time. Turning to face Briggz Mark spoke quickly. Gut check time for you kid you in or you out for this one?
Mark waited for an answer from Briggz now as to whether he felt up to another round.
