Calling by taproot plays overhead and Steve Toreno appears on the stage. he slowly walks down to the ring. he hears a few cheers. the fans are actually getting behind Toreno 
. He climbs into the ring and receives a Mic for his trouble. Toreno looks like he means business.
[glow=red,2,300]As of last night i was announced as one of the contenders for the LockUp championship tournament. i was shocked as only minutes before this i was in Miss Master's office asking for my chance to shine on Lockup. Ask and you shall receive.[/glow]
Toreno looks to the ground, and then looks back up to the audience, he seems to have a weird connection with them.
[glow=red,2,300]I am going to level with all of you, i have never been a singles champion. i have never had a belt of my own. and that is because i have never challenged for one. i didn't feel i was ready to become a champion. it was only until me and my Partner Jack Jyndal shocked the world when we became Tag Team champions that i Had my first taste of gold. and i liked it. since then i have done nothing but prove myself over and over again here on Lockup. i have defeated my own partner and have shown the world that Steve Toreno is about to destroy the very foundations of wrestling and become the first Ever Old School champion since Ric Flair.[/glow]
Toreno smiles as these fans sympathize with him. they know how hard he has worked to get to where he is today.
[glow=red,2,300]But tonight after i defeat Jin Remmy in the tournament, i become a challenger to one of the most dominant champions in GCW. Shia Storm has been undefeated as the champion, and i respect that. but at GCW Rumble from down under in a months time, i will be stepping into the ring with Shia Storm and taking him to the very limit of his potential. and then i will have my time as the New GCW LockUp Champion. it will be tough, but i can almost taste it. and i can sense a change in the wind, it will be my time, and there is nothing anybody can do to take that away from me.[/glow]
Toreno drops his Mic and gets a round of applause for his honesty. Who knows what will happen in the tournament. but one thing is certain. there will be three winners and three men left with broken hearts.
