it looks more like a TV ad just extended and with out the voice over person telling you about the game


all so pics of this trailer have been floating around the net for awhile now. I've had this one for over a month and a half

I personally am glad it was fake. Not that I wouldn't love to see a Legend of Zelda movie...But, if one were to ever be made...I would want it to actually follow the game storyline wise...and this little prank...seemed far from an actual portrayal of the game.

all Hollywood has to do is follow the same formula that Nintendo has been using for over two decades.

1.) Hyrule gets attacked.

2.) Zelda gets kidnapped and/or gets put into some form of sleep like state.

3.) Link gets the task of having to save the day because for some reason a kid/teenager that only makes grunting sounds is the only one that can do it.

4.) Link kills what ever gets in his way. (well everything but the chickens, they can call for back-up and kill him. >_<)

5.) Find the (fill in random item name that has been used in every game so far here ____.)

6.) Kill Ganon and save Zelda just in time to keep the world from ending.

but some how Hollywood will muck even this up and add something really dumb into the plot like Link and Zelda are twins and were separated at birth.

LMAO reminds me of Mario.

1. Princess always gets kidnapped.

2. Mushroomm Kingdom is under atack by Bowser.

3. Mario has to save the world.

Yet in that HORRIBLE Mario bros. Movie they had back in like the early 90's. They barely follwed that if any....

Well there are always exceptions on these formulas.

Majora's Mask was a bit different just for example.

Super Mario Bros. 2 was different too.

True lol, thats why I didn't say Bowser always kidnapped Peach. But yeah you do bring up a good point.

if you're going to use Mario 2 as a example then please remember that Mario 2 in the USA is not the same as the REAL Mario 2 that came out in Japan.
US Mario 2 was a rip off of another game that Nintendo owned and was shipped out because Nintendo of America believed that the US gamers wouldn't be able to handle the real number two. But then they finally brought it to the US on the SNES and called it the Lost Levels.
