An attack after the Continental Title match

[Lionheart]

As the GCW Continental title match ends, and Genesis stands on the ropes with the title belt held high, Lionheart walks from the back. He stands on the stage momentarily before beginning to power walk his way down to the ring.

Genesis jumps down from the turnbuckle and leans back. almost sat into the turnbuckle, with his elbows resting on the top rope. Bryan Colombain stands on the outside of the ring on the arena floor. He walks to the bottom of the ramp and meets Lionheart head-on. There is no altercation between the two superstars, as Lionheart passes Colombain without a bad word to him, and climbs onto the edge of the ring. Stepping through the ropes, and ripping off his t-shirt, Lionheart points to Genesis on the diagonal corner of the ring, title belt around his waist and mouth's some words. Genesis and Lionheart circle each other in the ring, Genesis now with his back to the entrance ramp.

Suddenly Lionheart drops a double axe handle elbow drop onto the fallen Avenger.

Then he reigns the punches down to Avenger's face, making a mess of Avenger's facepaint. Lionheart wraps his hands around The Avenger's neck and squeezes. Suddenly he lets go and leaves the ring as The Avenger rolls around clutching his throat. Lionheart is on the outside of the ring, and rolls back inside with a chair in hand. Dragging The Avenger up by the hair, Lionheart walks him over towards the ropes, and ties both of his arms up in the tangled ropes.

Motioning for Genesis not to interfere, Lionheart raises the chair high over his shoulder, takes a running start, and cracks Avenger accross the face, which immediately busts the former champion open! As Lionheart admires his work, he asks for a microphone from the timekeeper and gets one.

I came here to fight! But since I wasn't in the tag match earlier I thought I'd come out here now to settle an old score. First on the hit list is the guy that's unconsious, bleeding, and he's in a lot of trouble now. Avenger... did you really think you could escape our Steel Cage match with the most precious thing in the world to me, leave that company, and think that it would be OK? No, it wasn't, you left me hanging on in New York. So now I'm going to hang your carrer. And Avenger.. it's not about politics, because places have wanted me gone for three years! You left because you didn't want to face me again, tough shit "brother", I'm here. When you get off the injury list - deal with it.

Gabriel Cage walks out as he witnesses the aggression from the match and now Lionheart making his GCW debut. He smiles as he walks past the New Continental Champion with a degree of cockiness. He then enters the ring where Bryan Colombain and Lionheart are standing. The fallen Avenger is bleeding as he spits on him as he takes a mic from his jacket.

Now what we got here is mayhem to the highest degree. Now for months, I have come out and stated that I was going to change the face of professional wrestling. For months, people were wondering what I was and who I was. And now you all know! But you see, I am not out here to defend anyone but to lay down the law. Tonight we saw a so called legend fall and perhaps another one created. Only time will tell on that one but you see even though maybe Bryan Colombain didn't come out as the winner; The Order is the winner!

What do I mean about that? It is easy and simple. All titles are under the scrutiny and desire of The Order! All players are on the hitlist! So it doesn't matter to me or The Order. You may be the Continental Champion, Mayhem Champion, LockUp Champion, Global Warfare Champion, Code Of Discipline Chapion, or even the Top Debunte Champion. To us it doesn't matter! And from the beatdowns that are in the future of GCW, everyone better take notice.

Now tonight everyone was thinking what The Order was going to do but tonight we just got stronger. We got two major players to come on board to do The Order business. First of all, we got the flamboyant Brent Starr. He my friends will run wild and I am about to cut the reigns. And now if you didn't notice we got the legend himself in Chris Lionheart. So tonight was a good day for me and The Order and a bad day for GCW!

Now Genesis you remember when I talked to you don't ya? You remember that night very well I am sure. Congrats on your first ever Continental Championship and putting the Avenger on the DL. Hopefully that scum will never return again but you see you got something that The Order wants and believe me we are coming after you! No matter if it is Colombain himself or another person maybe you know so very well? I will let that tick in your mind for a few moments but realize we are not about idle threats. The Order is born and now it is time for The Order to dominate!

Genesis looks back towards the ring area. Seeing everything go down before his eyes. On one hand, he was happy to be the champion and to have finally defeated both Colombain and Avenger. But on the other hand. He had another war that he alone, may not be able to handle.

Genesis decides to make his way back towards the ring, where he enters it with both Cage & Lionheart. Surveying the damage dealt to Avenger first. There was a very small part of him that felt sorry for Avenger's beatdown, but nonetheless, it wasn't Avenger he was no longer worried about no more. It was The Order.

I think I do remember are last chit-chat Cage. And I memory serves me correctly. If you don't watch your mouth. I'm going to live up to my promise and kick your teeth down your throat !

The crowd reacts with a big cheer.

So, we can do this the easy way or the hard way Cage. The easy way is, you recruit me to your little group. Where in turn. You Mr. Cage would own ALL the gold in GCW. The Order would have full power over this company. Besides, it would be quite easy for me to jump ship to Mayhem.

or...

We could do this the hard way... And thats Genesis putting his foot up your ass sideways !

So Cage... what shall it be ? Easy Way or the Hard Way ?

Disappointment. That was what she felt as she watched the conclusion of the match. The initial part that was. The surprise of Mr. Lionheart joining the ranks of the Order was enjoyable in so many ways. No, she was expecting Bryan to pull off the win and hand the Order their first Continental Champion in their young existence.

Maybe it wasn't in the cards just yet she thought, as she sat in the Order's locker room, watching the post match "activities" on the screen across from where Brianna and she sat for most of the night. Standing from her seat, she folded her arms across herself, shaking her head as she narrowed her eyes towards the screen.

"Avenger's out of the way. I had high hopes Bryan would rise to the occasion. But the environment wasn't controlled enough. Triple threats tend to be that way. We need to begin preparing on getting Bryan a shot at that title again. And soon. This time no distractions or outside influences either. And Mr. Payne is a fool. Not surprised he now wants "in". Idiot."

Gabriel Cage wipes his chin about the offer from Genesis as he looks at the new champ. He walks around for a few moments and gathers his thoughts.

You know what Champ? You must of forgotten that I am the man with the stroke around here. You being champion doesn't make you the man as you think you are. I have assembled the greatest talent in the world. You don't make the decisions but I do. You know but then again you coming over would pretty much but The Order unstoppable. Besides you already did our dirty work for us. I mean the whole intention was to destroy Avenger tonight since he was our #1 threat. So thank you for that. But honestly, you and Colombain and now Lionheart did what we wanted to do from the beginning. We wanted to make a splash and you were used tonight to do that for us. You may of walked out as the champion but we got big plans for you.

Now what does that mean you ask? You see for one thing The Order is not some sub par group that someone can kick around when they so well choose. It is something that will do what they want and when they want. And by looking that you my friend are outnumbered it is best you check yourself because I got the big man next to me. You know Bryan Colombain, the man that waxed you a few weeks ago.

Gabriel taps Colombain on the shoulder as the crowd has a mixed reaction on who to cheer for.

You see you may have all the goods and the one carrying the belt but you are only on borrowed time if we see fit. You know if I allow you to come over then you would have the best players backing your play. But you know let me think about your little offer. This is your night but not your only night. Right now The Order sees you as target #1. I am sure you are used to that in your travels around the world. But I have got your request noted but my big man knows he wants the title and I am sure The Order has plans for everyone else.

So Genesis let me be the first to say thank you for your little help tonight getting rid of a so called Icon. But let me also say that watch your back because that title belongs to The Order. Either you are with us or against us. And right now I can't honestly say or give you the opinion you need. I will consider it but someone telling me what they are going to do doesn't run so cool with the coolest dude on the planet. So enjoy the win because if you are not entered into the world of The Order then you know we are coming after you.

Genesis begins to pace around the ring. Thinking about everything Cage had just said to him. After a few secs. He responds:

Well Cage, what I can tell you is this. IF... you lemme in to your group. Just know that I will be a team player and will support The Order anyway that I can. If you got my back, I'll have yours.

I see this as a good business venture for myself really. I'm not going to be stupid enough to let this train go on by without me having a chance to run and jump on it.

If its the Contiental Championship your most worried about. Well, any member of the Order wants a shot at me. I'll be more then happy to grant them that opportunity. Of course, thats ONLY... if I'm with The Order.

If I'm not, well then, with all due respect. I may have to look at a few 'outsider's' from the group who may want a shot instead.

See Cage, you've been making offers left & right since January. Well, thats my offer to you basically.

Bottom line, either I'm in with you guys. The Order has full control over GCW's titles, you have an unstoppable 'Dream Team' of superstars, the belts WILL STAY within' The Order.

Or...

If the offer is rejected... well then by all means. I'll fight The Order off any way that I possibly can. Whether I have to do it solo or recruit a couple of guys to help me out.

Take the time you need to think about it. But, don't keep me waiting for long, alright ?

Yeah you are on the mind of The Order. I won't keep you waiting. Matter of fact you will know the answer one way or another. One way would be if you are in that either me or my pretty assistant in Sonja St. James will contact you. Maybe even my #1 gal in Taylor Devereaux. But on the other hand if you get a message from Bryan Colombain or even Brent Starr perhaps then you know the other way. One way or another you are going to know us very well. Only question is which way will it be? That my friend is the question that will be on every mind on GCW until The Order sees fit. Just know if you are with us then you don't have to worry but if not then you will. Just know the Continental Championship will come home one way or another.

Fair enough I suppose... I'll be waiting for an answer. I only hope that for your sake, its a damn good one. Either way it goes. I'll be ready to fight. Whether I'm fighting alongside The Order or against The Order.

For now, I'm heading into the next show with eyes in the back of my head. Its bad enough that I have wrestlers outside of the Order that wanna shot at my belt. Much less people within' the group.

My main priority, right now, is the Contiental Championship. Keeping it around my waist for as long as I can.

The crowd gives off a mixed reaction. Genesis yells at the crowd:

SHUT YER MOUTHS !!!

Genesis then turns his attention back over to Cage.

Quite frankly, I can give a shit about these fans. I've got what I need over my shoulder. You know where I stand with this situation.

Genesis looks over to Lionheart.

And as for you, old friend. I'll be seeing you around.. whether on opposite sides of the fence... or.... on the same page. Up to your 'new boss' on that one.

Genesis drops the mic and exits the ring to the backstage area. Many questions remain unanswered. Will Genesis join The Order ?
