In Need Of A Friend Part 3 {Invite}

Sarah herself didn't know what to say to what Kenisha had told them about her and Adrian. She hadn't been as close to all of the people whom had suffered the attacks alongside her brother back in Toronto, but she was well aware of how serious it was. At this point she was just glad it was over and done with. Or so she thought.

The cool Chicago wind could be felt as all three women as well as the young lady exited the hospital doors, stepping out into the open, immediately Sarah's eyes scanning the parking lot after waving to a few of the staff she had gotten to know during her stay. Turning to Kenisha & Laura she spoke...

"Okay so where are we parked at ladies...? I'm starving too. I didn't eat any more than I had to in that place. Felt like I was in some third world prison. Ugh..."

Taking her free hand, Laura covered her eyes partially to keep the sun out of them as her eyes scanned the parking lot for the car in question. Her car, the one Cross bought for her last Valentines Day of course. ;)A few seconds pass and she spotted it pointing towards it as she glanced both ways to make sure no traffic was coming through the small piece of road in front of the hospital. Once she saw it was clear, she clinched Madison's hand even tighter, proceeding across with Sarah and Kenisha in tow as she spoke...

"Hopefully Cross is back to his room by the time we get there. I'd hate to have to drag Madison to some club just so Sarah can get her "fix" tonight. *Giggles* Knowing her she took after her father and we'd be kicked out of the place before we knew it...*Sigh*..."

Her steps slowed just a bit, lifting her arm a bit as she assisted Madison up onto the curb a few feet from where the car sat awaiting them to take them on their departure. Seconds later, her free hand once again found it's way into the purse on her shoulder, struggling just a bit to keep Sarah's bag there as well, she retrieved the keys, pressing the correct button to open the trunk of the car for them to load Sarah's belongings into.

Letting out a long sigh, she turned making her way towards the trunk where Kenisha and Sarah were already loading the other bags into the back. Pressing the button to open the door to her car, she released ahold of Madison's hand as they passed by the backdoor, not turning her attention away until she had entered the car safely. Extending her hand to Sarah, she passed on the single bad she had carried from the room, before closing the back door and beginning her way around the car to get this show on the road.

"Alright ladies, let's get moving. We've got a date with an over smoked club somewhere in Chicago and as much as us girls can drink. Chop Chop..."
