Lauren is standing in the middle of her apartment that she shared with her husband, she was taking a big risk being here but she wanted to get some personal things from it without Angel knowing. It was difficult to tell what was what in the carnage that Logan's torment had caused. Lauren looked at the walls all of their photos were defaced, she looked closely at their wedding photo and she noticed that it was all defaced all but her, in the photo she was untouched and she looked at the other pictures and it was only Logan that was cut, torn and scribbled over.
"What could this mean?"
Lauren looked around at the room she could see a trail of blood to the bathroom her curiosity got the better of her and she entered. Lauren looked and noticed that the bathroom was crimson completely covered everything in blood and on the mirror she saw the words "Is this worth living without her!" she was horrified. What have I done she thought to herself, I have pushed him over the edge. Then she hears the door slam which panics her greatly and she quickly looks for a way out but is afraid it may be Logan.
"Shit!"
Lauren frantically looks for her cell phone and she tries dialing Angel's number but it goes straight to voice mail. Now truly panicking she hears the door slam again, making her jump again she tries calling Logan's number at least that way she would know it was him there for definite. All she hears is "Number not recognised" in a female voice, so now she wasn't even sure anyone was in the apartment with her but it scared the hell out of her greatly. Then she hears a familiar twinkling sound that she identified herself as her jewellery box it's sound soothed yet instilled fear into her. However she decided to go out of the bathroom and into the main room.
Lauren nervously moves into the center and she sees a dark figure standing on the balcony. Although she cannot be certain she feels that it is Logan and she doe's know what to do. Despite her head warning her and saying she should run and save herself, she approaches the figure and calls out
"Logan? is that you?"

Logan sees Lauren he can clearly see that she is concerned for him but he realizes that it is not like a wives concern more like a sisters. This concern was something he didn't really want, I wanted to hate the woman but he couldn't do it. After all she had put him through he knew in his heart if the chance came to take her back he would in a heartbeat. Logan never shared such a bond with anyone else but Lauren.
"Yes! It's me and don't worry I won't hurt you, I couldn't even if I wanted to!"
Logan places the jewelery box down on the desk and moves closer to Lauren and she looks more nervous about him, stepping into the light Logan had been caught in the rain was still dripping he removes his coat and he notices Lauren looking at his wounds. Since the break up and affair he had pretty much treated his body like a human pin cushion, he thinks that even if Nick weren't persuading him to do it he probably would anyway.
"I did this to myself before you ask!"
Logan looks into Lauren's eyes and he can see she still holds something for him but it wasn't the same like before. Logan knew he was on a self destruct course and it was unlikely that anyone could stop him from this.
"Without you life doesn't quite seem the same, not sure I really want to live anymore, I just don't have the strength to throw myself off this building or into a bus' path, I cut myself but I cannot perform a fatal cut. Pathetic is what I am and Nick is right you have made me this way but I am not without blame since I allowed you to do so!"
Logan turned away and moved closer to the balcony again, he turns back to Lauren he had hoped she would have taken the opportunity to leave but to his surprise she was still standing on that spot...

Against her better judgement Lauren can't help but stay to talk to her husband, who was in such a bad way. She was guilt stricken and felt she at least owed him that. Lauren moved closer to Logan and she reached out to touch him but stopped just short of him.
"I am so sorry I never ment to hurt you, I know I said those things on TV in front of everyone but I didn't mean all of it and I regret saying it. You were once a man I cared deeply for, and in some ways I still do but not in the same way! You know you haven't been the best husband and I was far from the devoted wife, we both needed our time to shine and together here we just couldn't do it."
Lauren can see the pain and torment in Logan's eyes and she knew that she had just said something he didn't want to hear. She knew that she couldn't lie to him and she had told him what she thought needed to be said. Lauren reached and she touched his arm, she knew that this was dangerous but she didn't care she wanted to help him.
"Logan you need help, I mean professional help it's not normal for you to have moodswings like this and in the ring on MayheM I felt that you really wanted to kill me, but part of me knew it wasn't really you. Even after all I have done to you I would still trust you with my life, I know that you really care. I need to tell you that I am not worth it, find someone who loves you for who you are! You can't do that if you are still hung up on me!"

Logan likes the feeling of Lauren's soft hand, but he knows that it can't last forever no matter how much he wants it to. He just enjoys it whilst it lasts, he places his hand over hers in an attempt to prelong the contact but Lauren retracts from him. Logan looks into her eyes and almost sees tears forming.
"I am sorry Lauren but for me you will be the only one. I love you and on our vows I feel death us do part, so be warned I may just end it anytime. I know you may not understand it but I want revenge and I know I should hate you both. I only hate Fyre, come MindGames I will have my revenge and nothing to live for so I will be free to end my pain and suffering. Titles mean nothing to me, I took the MayheM championship belt to ensure that I get Fyre in a match at MindGames that's if he makes it past the house show!"
He wipes the tears from her eyes and embraces her briefly
"Now go forget about me and enjoy your new life"
Logan looks at Lauren before turning away from her and looking out over the Chicago skyline, it is cold and the wind is blowing through the apartment but Logan can feel no colder at this moment in time.
"When the time comes, don't blame yourself Lauren. I'll get Nick to do it for me as I am sure he would love to take my life even if I have to wait for a while. You don't have to say anything more my mind is set on this, like I said if it's a choice of living without you and death, I choose death. First comes vengeance and then comes peace..."

Lauren looks at Logan and she knows that the damage is already done and no matter what she says it won't change it, he may still love her but her spell over him is broken and he is not her puppet anymore. Lauren turns to walk away and she gets half way to the door and looks back wiping a tear from her face as she looks at the broken man. At one time she cared for him greatly but obviously not enough to prevent the pain she had caused him. She was about to speak but decides to simply leave.

Logan watched as Lauren left he lowered his head and then he felt Nick returning, Logan didn't have the energy to suppress him anymore and he said
"So you still love her then, you could have killed her right here, why didn't you let me do it?"
Logan looks at the jewelery box, and he smiles
"Patience brother her comeuppance will come soon enough and she will get what she deserves! I know where to hit her where it hurts and that is what we are going to do!"
Logan picks up the jewelery box and opens it he listens to the music briefly before throwing it over the balcony...
