"Well there you go, you wanted to work for GCW anyway so you could come down and visit with me. I'm not going to get ahead of myself or anything, but with someone who's willing to train me things should go a hell of a lot easier on me than if I tried doing it all alone. Plus you seem to know Kimmy, and she seems like a solid woman with her head on her shoulders. I've had a couple jobs where my boss was less than solid lets put it that way.
So all we have to do is wait, December first is fast coming anyway. Gives us time to get rid of any anxiety or stuff like that. I really can't thank you enough Dezzy... in fact, do either of you have a pen?"
Becca rolls both her sleeves up as she flips her hair back. This was a good thing, she was going to get training and a potential job. All from a random lunch meeting. Sure she'd as previously mentioned, have to get used to the amount of energy spent. With training lined up though Becca was more on the positive side of hoping, that wouldn't be an issue anymore once her body adapted. It's really like anything in life that's new, once you get used to it, the activity becomes second nature.
Becca smiles at Dez before tucking the right side of her hair back behind her ear. The wind had slowly started to blow, not a gust or storm warning type blow. More of a breeze for now, seemed quite nice. Especially considered Becca knew odds are that meant some kind of gust would follow down the line. Weather was a real bitch when you think about it.

Kimberly opens her leather coat a bit and reach in the chest pocket of her shirt. She has some pens with her as she just has came from a business meeting and something to write is a must have during such meetings. It was a very nice, metal looking very thin and elegant pen. She push the bottom on the top of it and the pen was ready to be used. Kim reach out with her hand and offers the pen to Becca.
Here …. But for what do you need a pen?

"Thank you very much....
and why else?"
Becca takes the pen from Kimmy slowly as she looks around in the immediate area. Looking to the table all three are sitting at finally to find the object needed. Becca moves a saucer to the side and grabs a napkin. She shakes her right wrist out and begins writing something down on the thin, not so stable napkin. Naturally, it tears. Becca breathes in, tosses it away and grabs a little stack of them out of the dispenser at the table. Piling them up to give more stability and weight. She continues to go back and writes down what it is, she had been writing before the original napkin tore. Finally she lifts the pen, clicks it back and hands it over to Kim with a smile. Picking up the napkin she removes it from the stack and holds it between her index and middle fingers, holding it out to Dez.
"It's my number.
So we can keep in touch this time. I figured it was a good idea considering we're going to know each other a lot better now right?"

Kimberly takes the pen back and place it back in the chest pocket of her shirt. Closing her leather coat again she leans back in her chair and looks at her watch. Kim is wondering if the waitress may has forgotten to bring them their order as it has been already quite some time since they have ordered their drinks. Raising her head a bit she looks over to the entrance of the café as she waits for the arrival of her coffee latte.

A women, interested in Dez for training? Giving him her number at that. This was alittle more then what he expected. He's used to women running away from him. He takes the napkin with the number and tucks it into his shirt pocket, smiling as he does Very well Becca. You can count on the fact I will be keeping in contact, especially if we're going to be training together. I'm really looking forward to it.He smiles again, showing his genuine emotion of the situation. This will be the first person he actually made friends with in a long time.. or at least that he could remember

"I'm looking forward to it too."
Becca smiles a bit before noticing Kimmy's glance. Now that she thought about it, it was obvious Kim was wondering where the hell the food was. Now that Becca thought about that, SHE was wondering where the hell it was herself. She shifts around in her seat a bit and looks in the same direction as Kimmy is. Foooooood.... where's the food. Becca leans back in her chair for a second as she rubs her right forearm a bit.
"So Kimmy, how long have you been in the wrestling business? Like, period. Management or not. Hey did you ever wrestle like in ring too?"
Becca could smell it now, the food was on it's way. One of the things that just hit her was Dez didn't have anything coming. Kind of a bit rude... maybe he could order something when the food got there? Seems a bit out of order though, he'd have to wait.... Becca looks at Dez, tilting her head to the side. Well, he was going to train her. Hmmm.... Becca rolls her sleeves up again as they start to fall, she smiles at Dez and nods in his direction.
"Me and Kimmy ordered something before you got here. If you're staying you can have some of mine when it shows up, unless you want to wait and order something yourself."

At the rate it seems to be taking them to prepare and serve your orders, I'm afraid by the time mine shows up, that I'd be old and gray. Believe me, I'm nowhere near it now, and I don't intend to reach it anytime soon, heh.He laughs at his own joke, a no-no in social situations, but he's relaxed around her atleast. A welcoming sign of things to come perhaps. If anything, I might just order an iced green tea with lemon, if they serve it here. If we're going to be training, let alone wrestling soon, I might as well get the jump start on the health kick again. No better way to stay in shape.
Besides, it's almost routine for my career... wait yes.. my career. I've been doing this for more then a year, obviously. But.. I think it's been 3 years? Yes, as soon as I turned 18.. I can remember that now.A small victory within himself, he gained a memory, even if it was only a time frame of when he got into the business. A memory is a memory

Smiling as she hears the question from Becca, Kimberly leans a bit forward on the chair and lays her hands on her laps while she turns her head to the young woman who has just asked the question if she was just management or if she has experience in the ring as well.
I know how to wrestle if this is an satisfying answer for you Becca. I am a full trained wrestler … even have my own little finishing moves like everybody else has it, with my own little funny name for it. But it has been a few month since the last time I have stood in the ring. I always tended to wrestle in some dark matches when I worked for the companies as manager or General Manager. It is relaxing and it is a good practice, nothing worse as to forget how to wrestle … so its important to stay active, even when its not your job at the current time. But I think I am drifting away a bit from the subject we are talking about.
I personally like wrestling, if it is as manager or as wrestler. In the end it is important that you know how to defend yourself. Attacks can happen every time, even as manager … so it’s the best thing to know how to take care about things and unexpected situations that appears in front of you. …. Speaking of unexpected situations … were is our food?

"I figured you'd have some kind of training, like you said it's really better to be prepared for anything. I can only imagine how unsettling the wrestling business truly is.... so knowing how to defend yourself is probably very very important...
... I'm kind of wondering where our food is myself to be honest.....
Anyway.. it's a good thing you can remember at least one or two things Dez. Memory loss really has to suck big time. Hell I get pissed off when I forget my password for my E-mail account... oh! There it be..."
Becca looks back in the direction she had been as the promissory carrier of food finally arrives. Must have been some kind of big rush or back up in the kitchen, who knows. Things get screwy all the time, Becca was kind of used to situations arising she had no control over. Cue Chester as being the main one for those of you keeping score. Kim finally gets her order, a nice fancy coffee latte. Becca? Becca gets her poor little doomed crustacean friends known as Shrimp. Poor shelled bastards. Shrimp cocktails rule by the way. Becca smiles as the orders come and looks over to Dez, while the food service person is still at said table.
"You sure you don't want some of mine before you order a drink? They seem to be busy as fuck back there.
Oh, yeah.... my friend here would like to order something so like.... no going away just yet."

Turning towards them to place his order, Dez sighs slightly knowing its going to take a few more minutes. But, a drink is a drink either way. Might aswell have one, stick around and possibly develop more between himself and Becca. I'll have.. a green iced tea if you got it, if you don't, then a nice tall glass of Dr Pepper.
I always loved Dr Pepper. Figure I can treat myself one final time before it's lockdown health mode.He chuckles and grins a goofy grin towards the two women at his side. If anyone was to see what was going on here, they'd probably get the wrong idea.

Kimberly nods with her head as the waitress place her coffee latte in front of her on the table. She might be not thankful that the coffee has lost most of his hotness, but who knows if it is the fault of the waitress or of somebody in the back who has took too much time to prepare it. Kim reach down out to pick up the white package that is laying next to her coffee and raise it above the cup. Pulling one side of the package away, she turns it around and the white sugar is flowing down straight into the cup. Picking up the spoon after she has dropped the package, Kim starts to move the spoon around in the cup … so that the sugar melt with the coffee to make her drink sweeter.

"So hey Dez, when you think we should hit that first training mode. I mean I know it's not open yet or anything and I don't want to get you all drained or anything. I don't think I'd be able to keep up for a while with training anyway, I'd probably last like an hour max before begging you to stop so I don't fade away from exhaustion."
Becca jabs her fork into one of the shrimps, yanking it up and biting into it. Seafood rules all. She yanks the rest of the shrimp on her fork clean off as she looks around. Nice day, kind of. Hell of a lot more happened then she ever thought possible in one day mind you, like getting a professional wrestling trainer. A potential job lined up, kind of like a mini jackpot of life when you think about it. Becca puts her fork down for a second and stretches, leaning back in her seat... trying to find that sweet spot to crack her back. She keeps trying and eventually manages to crack it in a couple places, she grunts and leans forward to relax the muscles. Becca was double jointed, so every now and then joints would seize up, she'd have to crack them. Probably not the best thing to worry about... if you want to become a wrestler.

Well, with registrations only being a few days away, perhaps Ms. Masters here could pull some strings for us, allow us to use the ring abit. That, or I'm sure Amanda Wallace wouldn't mind, considering how big of a deal it is that I'm signing with GCW apparently. I don't know why that is, maybe who I am is more of a big deal then I think. I mean, this whole memory loss, even if it is only temporary, sucks. So if a bump or two in the ring shakes the cobwebs, then it's all good on my part. Then maybe we can see the real me out there, doing some promotional work...

"Really?
That'd be awesome if Amanda could set that up, I mean I'd ask you Kimmy but like... I have no authority in the business. It sounds like Dez just may without really knowing it. That'd be really cool though if we managed to get a hold of a ring, even if it wasn't GCW's really. I was actually like I told Kimmy here earlier, out around here looking for gyms that had a ring. Even if it was a boxing one, I'd just ask if there was a way to use it for another kind of training. I may not know really much about the business, but I know a couple things:
One; it's more about looking good in skimpy, tight laced clothing then it is about being exciting. That's what my match down in South Carolina proved to me.
Two; it's very important to have a real good grasp on whatever it is you do. I tried a couple different things in that one match, a whole lot of them blew up in my face because I didn't have proper training, and I didn't know what the hell I was doing.
Three; publicity is purity. It seems there is a whole lot of politics within a lot of wrestling. I never had to deal with any of that myself... yet. But on a lot of sites and articles I've read, in fact in doing some research on former federations? Politics is the key, either you live by the sword or you die by it."

I am not sure if you are right about this Becca. Sure there might be some people who think skimpy, tight laced clothing is what female wrestlers are all about … but this is not the truth … its just the American culture … or better said the fault of big promotions that made woman wrestling in a joke … a sex contest so to speak. Its not about quality but rather about … wear as less as possible and this is of course not the image GCW wants to show the fans of real pro wrestling. You know all this sport entertainment fans can kiss our asses and fuck off. GCW will be about real wrestling, like they use to do in Mexico, Europe and most important Japan. If you have ever watched a few matches from Japan then you know what I am talking about. If not I will tell you how it works there … the best compare would be to put a little US girl against a Japanese wrestler. Fact is … one dropkick and the US girl properly would get herself injured cause she wasn’t prepared for the impact … the power that lays behind this single dropkick.
And wearing skimpy clothes might never be wrong … but in the end it’s the wrestling skills that matters, nothing else. Another example … my assistant is a wrestler as well. And girl … if you see her, if you stand in front of her … looking up to her … you will know that she can squash you like a little bug. On the other side as you said it is important to know what to do at which time during a match. You can’t hit your finishing move at the beginning of the match … as the opponent will be strong enough to power out of the pin then … but if you hit the move at the right time,… then its truly a finishing move as you won the match with that move.
To the 3rd fact, wrestling is about money. Sure it makes fun and you do it because you love this business, but in the end its about money. How you pay your bills, and more important from a business point of view … wrestling promotions need to earn money … I mean do you know how much work it is to travel with the arena setup from one city to the other… build the stage up in every arena a show will be. All this people who work in the back to make sure that the stage … the arena will be ready for the show when the wrestlers are performing?
A lot of work and politics depends of the people who work for the company as well. Some people like to kiss the ass of the owner … some take it to personal … stuff like this can happen no matter where you work. If you work in an office the same thing could happen to you as well … it just lays in the nature of the human being to be like that.
