X-Just moments after getting the word that she'd be teaming with the lady who beat her two times in a row in their last two encounters: Jennifer Drew. Also, the opponents that she would be facing were both familiar faces. One for Shelby steele who she faced years ago back when both were unknown, and became somewhat good friends, and then Nicole Storm she has faced back in the Atlanta based promotion twice which Angel came out the victor in both matches. Something that she was not looking forward to was teaming the girl who's kicked her ass twice for one, she wanted to face this girl again down the road as in her mind, Drew, and her aren't finished, and they will be facing each other again, second, never can trust anyone around here unless its your husband. Well in her case, you can.
Deciding to bury the hatchet, and put her differences aside, she decides to go ahead, and go meet up with Drew. She goes to look for Drew's locker room. Knowing that has no clue where that is, she asks around till she finds it. About 10 minutes later, she finally finds it, and knocks on the door.-X

There was still quite a bit of time left before the show and Jennifer was busy getting the locker room set up for the day of the show. Once all her traveling gear was set up, at least in a way that made sense to her. Her face was buried in a locker making some critical wardrobe readjustment when she heard a knock. “Please don’t tell me my room’s getting switched” she thought over and over again trying to will it so as she shuffled to get to the door. Instead of event staff or PAs at her door she was standing face to face with Angel Storm. An Angel Storm whose mood she had yet to gauge. Jennifer had gotten the memo earlier and she knew she’d be teaming with her against Shelby and Nicole so she knew to expect her.
Hey, how’s it going partner?
She said as she smiled and invited her inside.

X-There she is.-X
X-I'm doing pretty good. Heard a little bit ago that we were going to be partners tonight against Steele, and Nicole.
I know that you have had experience against Steele. How about Nicole? I have faced her twice in my career.-X

Jenny turns her chair away from the mirror and takes a seat.
Nikki Storm, yeah we’ve done the dance so don’t you worry about me. I know what we’re getting into here. You’ve got to figure Shelby’s probably got a few bad intentions floating around after I well… you know… kind of mercilessly beat her for half an hour. Can’t give those two a second to breathe if we want to get out of this one.

X-I'm sure she's around somewhere to get herself from the battle that lays before her. Taking a beating like she did is nothing to forget about, and like you said, she may have bad intentions, but comes along with the sport. People get pissed, but they live, and fight another day if they aren't quitters. From what I know from Shelby, she will keep on coming no matter if she's getting her ass kicked in the process.
Nicole Storm is also a fighter in her own right. I remember back like in 2006 summer time that although was a veteran beyond my years, I wasn't known very much although I was getting a little known being undefeated for a little while, but wasn't really known till I beat Nicole. She has the mindset of my hubby in trying to break you down, and make you tap. I have somewhat the same mind as well, but I can strike as well.
I predict that this match could open eyes, and maybe see one of us challenging the Debutante title in the future. Never know from just one match can happen. Always have be level headed specially in a match such as this where you need to selected partner for the evening. Just having to learn how to get used for one night, depending on someone else somewhat, but staying independent at the same time.
For me, I rarely tag with anyone. Even my own husband. I haven't teamed with shia in years because we aren't tag wrestlers, and never will be, but I am a adapter which I"m sure you are as well.-X

Flying solo, huh? That’s cool just as long as you don’t get all wiggy if things get weird in the ring, OK? I promise I won’t double cross you until well after the match.
She leans back and gives a little smile.
Just do what I do and you’ll be fine. I’ve been in a lot of tag matches and it’s pretty much standard stuff. You know these girls well enough and hey, if the whole this might get me noticed for the title thing helps you go with it. I get that you’re a draftee in this whole thing but it’d be good to know we’re fighting the same fight.
