This mostly goes to accounts that are just registered to be on the members list... Starting December 1st, when registrations open up, any accounts that have zero In-Character posts by January 1st will be deleted. This is the main reason post counts are only counted in IC boards: To make sure that you're here for that, and not to spam (or in extreme cases, spy). Should that account keep rejoining to do nothing but sit or spam, the IP address will be banned.
Again, this goes for accounts currently here that do not have any In Character posts by January 1st. Once the season starts, individuals that do not post in character within two weeks of their activation date will be removed as well under the same parameters. It is recommended that your display name becomes your character name to make sure that confusion does not set in, as that is the biggest sign of an inactive account.
