Off-Topic: I know Lilith is going to hate me for this, but I think Orton used Steroids. Probably not anymore, but have you seen him now. He doesn't look as defined as he once did. So either his slacking of in the gym or has got off the juice. I'm just saying.  On-Topic: Who cares if Chris Masters is gone. He was never a big talent, and was never going to be. I mean he had too many opportunities to get over, but never did. To the point were they just stop pushing him. So I say good riddies. |

Much agreed. This was gonna come sooner or later. He's had what, 3 steroid violations altogether, lol. I mean, the guy was just asking for it in my opinion.
Now steriod usage aside for a moment..
Chris Masters could've been a big star, had WWE used him properly. I'm sorry to say this but Masters was pretty much dead on arrival. Because the whole "Masterlock Challenge" thing just killed his character from the beginning. It was just boring, repetitive, and cheap.
His finisher, The Masterlock/Full Nelson, was just retarded ! Sure, its original and hadn't been done before as a wrestling 'finisher'. But I mean, come on ! If your the WWE creative and you wanna try & put this guy over with the fans. PLEASE give him a decent finisher at least ! Maybe a move that hasn't been done before maybe ? Just something that catches the fans eyes. Or give him a gimmick that the fans will love or love to hate...
But in the end...
^^^ Masters will be nothing more then a distant memory and a superstar who COULD have went on to be successful. He did like so many before him and failed ! For one reason or the other...

Even with his original gimmick and finisher he could have been big. I mean yea the Full Nelson doesn't look like much but have a friend properly apply it on you and then swing you around(if possible). That hurts like a bitch.
Second, with the masterlock challenge wouldn't have been so bad if used right. Had him constantly finding a way to screw his opponent over in it.
Attack from behind, say he won't do it and then when opponent has back turned slap it in real quick(hurts more if you're not expecting it), someone else runs in. This would apply especially to teh big characters and people like Rey Mysterio, Super Crazy(he's a heel so he bullies the small guys.)

Theres a good chance a LOT of superstars are either on forms of Roids, human growth hormones, or artificial testosterone which to an extent is LEGAL. However I will say I am going to miss Masters, from the looks of it I may be the only one lol |

Whatcha wanna bet that Masters will be in TNA sometime in the next 6 months to a year? Edit: I acually like Masters, but the way he was used was stupid, and boring to watch...and here recently, before his injury or whatever it was...I think they actually started something good between him and Chuck...and if he hadnt got injured...I think they could've upgraded his gimmick or character...whichever...  |

I remember that after his first violation Masters was slick in the ring and was a similar build to Orton and was a better wrestler for it.
On the whole ROIDs thing, has anyone mentioned Bobby Lashley because if i didn't know wrestlers and they lined up and I was told one was on steriods my finger would be pointing at him purely because of his size, although if Lesnar was in the line up it would be a tougher choice.

Masters was an ok wrestler, but we ALL saw this coming. WAY TO MUCH ROID use lol. I always liked Masters but he I will admit he had a few chances to prove himself and he didn't.

i Knew masters would go when He didnt do anyhting big after his HBK fued in 2005, since then he has had sporadic appearences and plus he was on the Roids, i suppose it was Win Win for WWE

 I'll have to say once again that your wrong. Masters wasnt a waste. He was better than most wrestlers they have. But what does this prove? That WWE favors certain guys. IMO almost, if not, every guy on the WWE roster have used steroids at least once before...and no one can tell me different. Unless they can literally prove that what Im saying is wrong that is. But you know Cena's used them, You can tell Flair and Hogan used them. Hell....I can bet that even Vince himself has used them. But what difference does it make? WWE and Vince will keep only the people that make them money...So basically they'll keep the guys that benefit the company the most. And if you keep up with wrestling at all...TNA's just following the same footsteps that WWE is. So let em do it....there isnt shit we can do about it.
