"Yeah I know tell me about it... probably got three scars on my left arm from my experience with it... I'm not entirely sure... never looked underneath this freakin bandage they put on my arm... sort of looks like the bandage most tattoo places put on your arm after their done..."
.:And with that she instinctively looks at her left arm. The upper section covered by a white sort of cloth. She'd wait a few days before taking it off for good... like the doctor suggested. The doctor went to school for god knows how many years, she must have known what she was talking about, so thats why Destiny opted to keep the bandage on.:.
"So... I take it you were associated with... 'The Familia' too eh?"
.:Sure she heard the bit about the wrestling company. She stored that bit of info in the back of her head for future reference. But now she was just wondering about this Remmy fellow..:.

He looked at her bandage on her arm. It sure fooled him. He thought it was a simple tattoo bandage. He wasn't going to question it though cause he felt it might be rude to do so. Then he looked back up at Des and nodded his head. She knew about The Familia? Well, guess he shouldn't be that surprised. They were pretty famous. He goes ahead and responds to her...
"Well... I don't really KNOW them... I just know a couple of them boys that was with them... I'm friends with Jay Crack and Tha Infamous 187... Knew them boys since we was back in high school years... I don't really know the rest of them that much... Just heard about The Fam from them two... Other than that...? Nah... I ain't associated with them..."

"Probably for the best really... I was barely connected to them and I still got targeted... guess they found me being a sort of easy way to get to who they wanted..."
.:Just saying that made her sort of daze out a bit. Almost like a daydream almost... was it a dream? All she could see was him... his shadowy silhouette against the wall. But why couldn't she seem him? It was like he was blocked out... like she didn't want to see the truth? She just thought of it as nothing... but what was it really? One could only guess was that she was trying to block out the truth that she left him... tucked tail and ran, but she did what she had to do, so she knew it was not that.
The day dream slowly faded as she started at the small cup of coffee that sat in front of her. Was it half empty? Or was it half full? Some would say Half full, its what she would have used to say. but, not any more. Whether it be half empty or half full, she picked up the cup and took another drink... then turned her head back towards the man sitting next to her. Did she force a smile? Pretty much, she had been trying to not recall the past events, but she just couldn't help but think of them.:.
"But enough about that..."

"Meh... If they wasn't so scared... I'd put they asses in a box... Six feet deep beneath the concrete REAL quick for what they've done... But that's another day... Another time... Leave that for later...."
He lifted his glass of water up to his lips and took the final sip from it. Then he looked over to the woman behind the counter and lifted his glass up into the air. Asking her...
"Can I get a refill...?"
Money was scarce for him. He assumed that the water was free in the place. Hopefully the same was true about this place. Might as well get as much as he can. The woman proceeded to make her way over to where Remmy sat and responded...
Woman: "Sure. I'll get that right up for you."
"Thanks..."
The woman took his glass and was off to refill it with some more water. Remmy looked back at Des and said...
"So... Chicago seem like a pretty good place to you as far as you've seen? This my first time being around this city. I ain't really get much of a chance to go sight seeing..."

.:Ah, a change of subject just like she wanted. Taking another sip of coffee before she answered, she sets the cup down firmly, keeping her hand firmly wrapped around the warm cup as she looked up to Remmy and spoke.:.
"Well so far? It is a pretty decent place. Still have yet to really see the majority of it. I just started walking down the street, looking at shops and the miscellaneous store fronts and apartments. But, I can certainly say this place isn't bad at all..."
.:She then glanced up at the woman behind the counter return with Remmy's glass of water.:.

"Cool. Sounds like this place could prove to be interesting. I'll..."
He was cut off by feeling a vibration on his left thigh. He raised an eyebrow as he reached down into his pocket. Searching through the contents of his pocket, he pulls a cell phone out that was vibratiing in his hand. Remmy looked down at the phone for a moment and said...
"Sorry... One second..."
He flips the cell phone up and holds it up to his right ear....
"Hey yo... It's Remmy... 'Sup...? Damnnit... I'm a bit busy at the moment... Why can't ya just wait...? I'll be there soon.... What...? Why not...? Ugh.... Fuck it.... A'ight... a'ight... I'll be there... I'll be there.... Ya complain too damn much.... A'ight... Look... I'll be there.... I'm on my way damnnit.... Peace..."
He closed the cell phone and shook his head. Remmy turned his attention to Des and said...
"Sorry... Business calls.... Got some people who was complaining like hell that I need to be somewhere.... I know some people in town... Maybe I'll catch ya around town sometime again..."
He stood up from his seat and nodded his head to her. Then he threw up a peace sign and said...
"Peace Des...."
With that said, Remmy turned away from the counter and proceeded to make his exit from the cafe'. Off to go tend to business that just couldn't seem to wait.
