"Well..." she said, taking a drink out of the bottle of water she'd gotten her hands on, for fear of drinking too much. Considering how she got in to this party, it was probably wise... "I think that I'm discovering that right now, actually, Mr. Haven."
She offered him a reassuring smile. "It's been too much career, and not enough "me." I'm looking to fix that... unfortunately the person that I'm looking to fix that with happens to be in another state at the moment with his team, so it's a night out for the night." |

As Justice was walking around the club, he was then approached by a woman who had a drink in her hand. He turned and smiled as she looks at him and extends her hand with the drink in it as she speaks up towards Justice momentarily.
“Mr. Justice?”
Justice then nods his head as he scratches his chin. He looks at the woman as she then speaks up yet again towards Justice as she stood there.
“Compliments of Mr. Haven.”
Justice raises his eyebrow as he looks at the woman. He grabs his rum and coke from her hand as clears his throat as he speaks up.
“Uh, thanks?”
She smiles as she then walks off, as Justice simply shrugs and begins drinking the drink. He looks around the club, as he begins to walk around possibly beginning to mingle with the others that had arrived. |

"I can tell that he does. It's just..." she hadn't told him exactly what she does for a living yet, "I'm choosing to keep work separate from all of that. He has a team to coach to Nationals, and I have an in ring career to focus on. At least getting through this year. After that, I don't know what is going to happen, but I hope it's for the best.

Haven didn't know exactly how to answer that. He knew that he wanted to one day be a featured star, much like his father "Heavenly" Hank Haven was, and he had accomplished some things as a tag team partner with his brother overseas, but what would he do after that?
"Well...I know that I want to be mentioned among the legends of GCW when all is said and done....but, sometimes I just don't see it."
"It's like, I feel as if I'm not good enough sometimes; you know?"
"Like I have to put on this..."show" when I speak with someone."
"Maybe I've said too much"... He thought as he took another drink of Vodka straight

Cruise arrives fashionably late because...well, he's a Gawd and he does what he wants. Get use to it. Exiting the taxi, Cruise offers a few parting words to the driver whom you can only guess has enjoyed Cruise's company..
"Learn how to speak Eng-A-Lish douchebag! And how the hell did you get a driver's license? I mean really dude...your just...ugh, not worth my time anymore...
Cruise tosses the driver a few bills and gives him a gesture involving the middle finger to send him on his way. As the driver speeds up, Cruise approaches the bouncer...

Noticing the ruckus near the entrance, Haven looks over and spots that loudmouth, Cruise. "Why did I send him an invite?" Haven thought.
Turning back to Ms. Arlett, Haven smiles and says...
"So, this coach guy-friend of yours.....Does he have a problem with you hanging out with a new friend?"

"Besides, he coaches varsity girls gymnastics for a local college... don't you think that a lesser woman would absolutely flip at him coaching flexible, thin girls that are nonetheless legal and dressed in spandex? I'm starting to know where he stands, and he should be starting to know where I stand."
It made her think, that maybe, it was finally time to tell him exactly what she did for a living. She managed to skip on the details for long enough, after all... |

Confidence, and independence in a woman is extremely sexy to Haven. Crymson managed to exhibit both.
Listening to her words, and watching her gestures as she spoke, usually falsely off-putting, Haven couldn't help but genuinely smile.
Not knowing too much about her, and figuring he'd try getting a little closer by getting more personal, Haven says...
"So, wrestling...Is this all you've ever wanted to do? Is this the only job you've ever had?"

Only job that she'd ever talk about. God knows what Amesley had her doing for Bloodworks under his control. She nodded to the question. "Yeah, it was and is for now my life. It's been good, yeah... but I'm not blind to the people that have been doing this for a long time and what type of shape that they're in. I don't want that by the time that I hit thirty... especially with the type of high flying offense that I do." |
