A soft moan is all that escapes Lacey's lips, oblivious to the surroundings that she had forced herself to be in. +A brief pause in his words, his pacing motions coming to a halt as he now stands void of movement, his eyes intently focused on the floor awaiting the response.+

+A slight snort exits his person, raising his head slowly as he slowly shook his head back and forth as he retorts...+
"Lacey you twit. She left the confines of the Labyrinth hours ago. I'm sure it's just..."
"Um, sir? That's not possible. I'm reading Lacey's location along the outskirts of Chicago actually. This signal is coming from a position within the immediate circular range of the Labyrinth ..."
"Nonsense Ash, that would mean..."
+His words instantly pause, as his mouth hangs agape before turning his attention to the massive control center no more than a few feet away from where he stood. His efforts almost resulting in knocking one of his trusted staff off balance, pushing through the small crowd, and seconds later his eyes were fixated intently on the evidence before him. Clear indication of two separate instances of activity it seemed. His eyes widened by the second, as he stood speechless almost, leaning forward as if dumbfounded by what this would mean pertaining to his decades of grueling work. Before he could even speak, an extended arm immediately found its way into his line of vision, a phone being handed to him. A swift hand movement ensued, taking the device into his grasps before raising it to his ear awaiting the hopefully confirming dialog to begin. Seconds later...+
“My child, do be a dear and inform me of your whereabouts this moment. As well as your activities…”

Yet there was in fact something else that required his attention perhaps even moreso as he gazed back at the massive screen only a few feet away from him. Staring endlessly it seemed, he replied into the phone once more...+
"Is that...So...Hmmm...Are you definite on your location my child...? And it sounds as if you're enjoying my work much more than I ever could...*Ahem* Now...Definite confirmation on location dear."

+A moment of silence throughout the room as he once again raised the phone to his hear, responding to his child's answer only seconds before. That ever recognizable sinister smirk once again visible for all to see as he spoke...+

She flicks open the lock and pushes it open. It'd be a stretch getting the corpse out, but she could manage it.
