Violating international child labor laws? I don't know what you see in her.
Could she just say anything at this point?

"Alright Lor!!! Alright...I'm here....I'm not going anywhere. You win, you win, you win!!!...*Sigh*..."
This was horrible. I mean being subjected to being referred to as a care bear was almost as bad as being sentenced to ass rape prison. Just without the constant anal probing every hour on the hour. Okay not much in common really, but it sure as hell seemed like it may be that bad in theory.
"What...? Just...What. You've embarrassed me in front of everyone in the cafe now. Including Jen here who thinks I'm some long lost rogue care bear from the 80's who decided to try his hand at wrestling. That bitch over there..."
He turns his attention towards the woman whom was spreading lies earlier, locking eyes with her...
"Bitch?..."
"Yea. You bitch. That bitch over there thinks I'm jack the fuckin' ripper and is probably gonna be reporting me to some sort of crime fighting show like America's Most Wanted Womanizers or something within the hour. SO...I need to plan my escape like real soon, so can we hurry up here? What do you want?...Just say it so it can be done already..."
"...I'm missing Sportscenter..."

Ah, SportsCenter. Quickly, a flashback of their first and only date together flashed through her head. It wasn't perfect by any means, and the ending was somewhat sour. But nevertheless, the date was quite enjoyable. Getting serious, she goes back into the chair she was previously end, and sits in it appropriately after twirling it around, so the back of the chair was furtherest away from the table. Clearing her throat, she tries to give him an honest smile. "Cameron, I...I...I love you. It took me a few weeks to final realize this, but Cameron, it never hit me how much you went through until I had a small chat with Addison just a week ago. She was angry with me, and started babbling about our relationship, and the more she blabbed, the more I began to realize that these feelings I've had for you...aren't just feelings Cameron. It took a three hour scolding from Addison to realize this, but Cameron...Cameron...I love you. I know, I know, last night wasn't the most perfect of situations, and God knows this isn't. But, I don't know what else to call it..." She then shyly looks away, not knowing what else to say. She wasn't playing the character she was earlier anymore, and the smirk that was on her face just a moment ago wasn't exactly there anymore. She wanted to give Cameron a straight face, but she couldn't really look at him so she looked at Jennifer instead. Trying to get her mind off the subject, "You know, there's just something about that hair that just makes you look so gratifying Jennifer."

"Heh Heh..." Immediately his hand flew towards his mouth, covering it in an attempt to cease the laughter that had began to creep out unexpectedly. Why was he laughing? Think about it. Allllllllllllll the chasing he did after this woman, only to be rejected like more times than Nick Jones with any woman ever, and now...
She says...
She...
Loves...
Him....
Talk about fuckin' irony right? Though his hand remained over his mouth, the smile stayed, glad that Lor had looked into Jennifer's direction, he quickly straightened up as best he could, still holding the laughter back, as he had intentions of enjoying the shoe being on the other foot so to speak.. Clearing his throat...
"*Ahem*...I see...Well...That's very noble of you Lorelai, it really is but...It sounds as if you're asking for a relationship with yours truly, and In the magical world of Cameron, innocence is a virtue. The type of relationship you seek, can't happen unless we're in love, and happily married. Such a pure place it is...Follow? I mean...I take it this means you're ready for marriage...And kids as well...Like immediately? Oh and lots of unprotected pre-marital sex. So, when do we start?"

Jennifer raises her hand.
I can switch booths if it's now.

"Right...NOW!" Lorelai replies, getting up from her seat, sitting next to Cameron, and grape vining her arm so that she and Cameron where hooked. "I know, I know, marriage is a HUMONGOUS step, but Cameron, Cameron...I believe I'm finally ready...though, we'll have to discuss things over about the unprotected sex-thing. The Boston* just isn't ready to have children just yet, especially when she's at the height of her career." She extends her free hand out, as if imagining a horizon, "But, if I wasn't the star of the Boston, then perhaps I might reconsider, but for now Cameron...rubber is your best friend, okay?" She then gives a gleaming smile to the ever-so-into-it, Jennifer Drew. "You, Jennifer, are my maid of honor. I know, I know, we just met, but forget that. The friendship is only boundless from here."

Maid of honor? Cool! I'd be a kickass maid of honor. Take that people who've known you longer than a few minutes.

Cam's head dropped...She totally didn't even get where he was headed with all of this...Like...At all...Without raising his head, or even facing either of them for that matter he responded...
"I was freakin' jokin'..."
"..."
"Except for the unprotected sex part. I meant every word concerning that...Consummate our relationship and then I'll think about marriage...If I have time to anyway. Did I mention Sportscenter is on?" He knew this would happen. It was no surprise. She'd show up and catch him off guard sooner or later and proclaim love for him. Which...A month ago? He'd be the happiest man on earth. Now? Who knew what he was truly feeling. Maybe a little bit of happiness? Maybe a little bit of resentment of past issues and rejection? Maybe a little bit of need for payback as well?
Or maybe all of the above?
He really and honestly couldn't say at this moment in time, so standing from his seat once again, taking his duffel bag up into his hands again, he smiles in Lor's direction before offering his parting words, playtime clearly over evidenced by his change in demeanor...
"Though I appreciate the words Lor...And I truly do...I know it must have been hard for you to say and I thank you for them and...I don't even have to tell you that I care for you. I think...Well I hope I've done enough in the past to show that I do...And if not then, for that I apologize, because I truly do. A month ago I would have given anything to hear you say those words but...Now...I...And...Well...To be honest..."
He pauses, slinging the bag over his shoulder, letting out a long sigh before going on and finishing with...
"I just need some time to think...Some time to myself...This is a bit sudden for me and...Kind out of nowhere after how things ended and...I'm sure you understand?"
He didn't wait for an answer. Not that he really even needed one honestly, but it probably would have been expected. Shaking his head in her direction, he locked eyes with her, almost as if he had been mesmerized by them like so many times before...Then...His steps began to carry him from the cafe, a somber and partly confused look in his facial features, as before he knew it, he had exited the establishment, entered his car and sat there inside of it for what could have honestly been at least a half of an hour...Pondering just exactly was going on with him lately. Wondering exactly what he was feeling towards Michelle...Towards Lorelai...Hell even towards himself...He glanced back towards the cafe, wondering, perhaps even hoping her words were genuine? Who knew at a time such as this...He knew he'd have to face her...As well as Michelle...As well as the man in the mirror over this entire ordeal...Sooner...Or Later....There was no way he could keep running from it.
Shaking his head he reaches for the ignition, the key already inserted and started the engine, and moments later found himself leaving the parking area of the cafe, on his way to pay someone a visit, and hopefully attempt to clear at least a bit of this confusion up within his own mind...Hopefully that is...
