During the scuffle Calvin grabs the camera, knocking the cameraman out during the process. After briefly watching the carnage ensue he decides that it be better to talk Chelsea out of the room, he does take her out of the room.

"Go to the hotel!"

Chelsea dare not defy her brother's wishes and she has to go, but she turns back which makes Calvin shout.

"GO CHELSEA!"

Calvin's shouting always made Chelsea do what ever he said. Calvin quickly looks at the camera functions and he rewinds the tape to before he entered the locker room. Then he presses record and entires the locker room to catch all of the action and leaving no physical evidence to back up Nick's story and the truth. With two witnesses to one as nobody would ever believe Chelsea, Martin the camera man would look foolish as he had nothing to back up what happened. Calvin would simply say that Martin was knocked out during the scuffle.

Genesis immediately gets up off the ground. Shaking his head as he says:

Ohhhhhhh. You just made the BIGGEST mistake of your life, son. Forget Kelly, Rose, & Yoshi kicking your ass..... I'm about to put you in your fucking grave right now !!!

Knowing the possible consequences that may happen to him later. Genesis spears Jones to the ground. Beating him repeatedly with rights and lefts. One right after the other. From there, Genesis pulls Jones up and tosses him against the lockers. Doing this several times, over and over again. All the lockers are dented very badly at this point.

After slamming him for what seemed like the millionth time already into the lockers. Jones falls face down on the ground. Genesis looks over and picks up a steel chair nearby. Walks over, and starts slamming the chair over and over and over on Jones' back & head. Until he starts to tire out.

From here, Genesis looks down at Jones as he throws the chair to the side. Jones rolls over on his back. Beginning to spit up blood at this point. Suffering from eternal injuries it would seem. With a evil grin on his face. Genesis looked like a man possessed.

He looks down at Jones' face and says to him:

Oh by the way Jones.

....End of Story....

Then, Genesis hauls off and stomps Jones in the gut as hard as he could. Jones rolls over into the fetal position. Riving in pain at this point, spitting up blood from his mouth as Genesis says:

(laughs).....DEAL WITH IT....

At this point. The door slams open once more and about a dozen security guards come in. They tackle Genesis into the locker and begin to hold him back. Genesis yells out:

HEEEEEY !! GET THE FUCK OFF ME !!

As they continue to hold Genesis at bay. 3 police officers enter the room . Two of them join the guards in holding Genesis back while one of them begins to handcuff him. It would appear that our GCW Continental Champion was going to the slammer. One of the officers begins to read Genesis' Miranda rights:

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to have an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you.

The guards begin to escort Genesis out of the room. You could hear Genesis yelling down the hallway as he says:

If you ask me officers... I just cut that whole damn locker room a break... that fuck nut had it coming.. believe me on that one ! If I didn't beat his ass tonight... you bet your ass somebody in this locker room would have !

Sure... Genesis had been read his rights. Did that affect him ? Psst, not in the least. In Genesis' head, he is the law. He wasn't about to let anyone tell him what to do. But at this point, there is not much you can do when you got about 10-15 guys trying to escort you out of the building.

As they bring Genesis out to one of the police cars. One of the officiers begins to pat Genesis down for any weapons.

Hey Hey ! Hands off the merchandise there buddy.

Just searching for weapons sir.

The only weapon I have is something to cripple your sister with .

After that smart remark. One of the officers punches Genesis in the gut. Then shoves him into the back of the cop car.

Wise ass little prick !

At this point. The guards make there way back to the arena as the officers enter the car and speed off out of the parking lot. Genesis.... GCW's own Continental Champion... is spending the night in jail. A huge black eye to the public image of GCW. Then again, Genesis has always been about Controversy... for those that have followed him throughout his career. He was simply living to his reputation as being a bad ass without a conscious. Taking matters into his own hands with little or no care to anyones well being.

***Hours Later***

A statement was released by Genesis' attorney to the GCW Front Office stating the following:

"Brandon 'Genesis' Payne will be in police custody for the next seven days. At which point in time. He is eligible to get out on bail. This should not affect Payne's upcoming title match at Ascension. However, Mr. Payne will have to appear before a judge at a hearing scheduled for mid April. I will give more information on Payne's status when it becomes available. Thank You !"
