It's Lionheart.
His facial hair has gone retro, but I don't think that this combination looks half as good or even natural in SVR08 as it did in SVR06. I think the facial morphing system (which changes slightly from game to game) might have made this face/facial hair combination look a little weird.
I'll check out his facial morphing again later today.
