After a much heated argument with the GM Kim Masters, Miles now finds himself pacing back and forth in the LockUp! locker room. He's livid about all that Masters told him. He knew he needed to cool down, but he wasn't sure how. So much was going on in his mind. He had to think about competing at the next joint house show, facing who knows who. Then about LockUp! this month, and what he wanted to do, but was scared maybe about what would ultimately happen? Kim's words kept punching him in the face, and the headache that follows just irritates the wound on his forehead. The wound was healing properly but not as fast as he wanted it to. And he had a bad feeling that it'll just be reopened again, against the opponent Masters would pit Miles against. But that was the least of his concerns. He was feeling vulnerable again, something he just never let himself feel in this business or in his life especially. There was so much to deal with that it was just the perfect mechanism for him to push all that down and keep there.
Was he finally breaking? Those feelings he's always kept at bay, where slowly making their way up. He feared them, because it'd just prove that all of this was just a facade.
He walks over to a full length mirror within the locker room. Removing his sunglasses he stared at himself. He's interrupted by the slamming sound of the locker room door. He quickly walks over to his assigned locker and opens it after putting in the appropriate combination. He rummages through his things, like nothing was wrong and minding his own business.

Anyways she must be a fan who just happens to be a wrestler here too? He hoped that security wasn't that bad that they'd let anyone come in here. He wasn't feeling up to the whole playing his part right about now, but he can't let anyone see him sweat. After hearing her breathy delivery, he turns around with a half-witted smile on his face.
