Shelby was in the middle of the ring in her street wear; a simple pair of blue jeans with a Mind Games Pay-Per-View t-shirt, her sleeves rolled up so it looked more like a feminine muscle-T. Her wrist wrapped in tape, she holds the mic in her hand as she waits for her theme music to die down, allowing the crowd to completely envelope her as they approved of what she's put herself through for the last month.
Raising the mic to her lips, motioning for the crowd to settle down, she begins. "Last week, Jennifer and I went head-to-head yet again in front of a local house-show crowd in New Orleans, Louisiana, where, sadly, I wasn't exactly victorious. Granted, it was a tag-team match, so I didn't exactly have full control, but nevertheless, the Shelby Steele show ended with a with both of us being confined by arena security." The crowd feels negative toward arena security as they begin to chant "Rent-A-Cops." Shelby then runs her free hand through her hair as she continues, "However, I didn't get the last words, in fact, I didn't say much of anything after the match was said and done, Jennifer and I merely pummeled at each other, to the point where neither one of us broke." The crowd cheers, as the Shelby and Jennifer did pull quite the performance throughout the last two weeks, neither of them backing down against each other, giving their heart and soul in their few matches. "And that's why I'm out here tonight folks, you see, Shelby Steele isn't just about to lay back, and allow Jenny backstage to get the final word before our match at next weekend's Mind Games, you see, I don't exactly roll in that direction." She was speaking in a lazy matter, and then pauses, holding up her index finger, in a knowing fashion, "I know, I know, I could have said something after she claimed her little moment of victory, but you see, this is where Shelby Steele is smarter than the one named 'Jennifer Drew." She pointed at her head, very cockily.
The crowd unsure of how to respond, waits for Shelby to continue as she stares into the main GCW camera. "Where she only told dozens, I'm going to tell millions, because unlike an un-televised house show, this program is actually broadcasted live, from Miami, Florida, and throughout the entire world." The crowd cheers at the mention of their namesake. Shelby then waits for the crowd to quiet down before glaring into the camera once more, holding up a finger for each little statement was about to say. "First and foremost, you're absolutely nothing. Even if you have held a company title at one point in your pathetic career, the fact that you couldn't beat me in a traditional singles match up, proves that until you do, fair and square for the 1-2-3, you have yet to prove anything to people watching you." She pauses for a moment, taking fake breaths, acting like it was troublesome to even spit that out. "Yes, our styles are vastly different, yes you can twirl into the air like your a freaking acrobat for some run-down circus act, and yes you seem to have that golden toe, but even with all those moves, and all your accomplishments, when it all comes down to the skinny of things, you know that deep down inside that Shelby Steele is just better than you." She gives the camera an inviting smile, bowing and taunting as the crowd gives her a mixed reaction. "You can hate me, you can love me, but when everything comes to it's glorious finale, you will understand that the person standing before you tonight, will, indeed, be implanted into those little brains of yours; she will be remembered."
Giving the camera one final look before the scene fades, she says one last thing, "Jennifer Drew. Mind Games, indeed, will be one memorable event; one I'm sure everyone in this arena, and everyone watching, will surely enjoy. I just hope you have the wrestling maneuvers to prove your creditability." Shelby gives the camera a sly smile as the scene fades, and goes into commercial break. The crowd giving Shelby moderate heat.
