When reached for comment on his inclusion in the MayheM battle royal for the vacant MayheM show title, Brent Starr had the following words
The what belt? MayheM's show title? Why would I be downgraded to a title of a show? I'm more talented and got more conventional and impressive wins then everyone in the Continental title hunt. They are shit compared to me and I have no respect for anyone in that hunt.
Why? Because they can't beat me, they haven't beat me. I'm undefeated! I took down Evolution X near single handedly. I DEMOLISHED Corey Hollows and insulted him by using his own half assed moves to do it. But do I get to go for the big belt? No! Why? Because unlike Payne and Avenger, I can win a match in under 20 minutes? This is complete bullshit and believe me when I say this to you now.
I will win this.. mayhem title, and I will make it BIGGER then the Continental title. I will carry my show on my back, the same way I did in the past, carrying a second rate title and making it bigger and better then the main belt. When I win, I'm going to target our "fed champion" and I will abolish their career for lucking out in their win.
You can say what you want about belts and all that other shit, but when it comes down to it. I don't need a title to be better then my competition, I already am. The man defines the belt, not the other way around. So this will only be a luck of the draw match where any piece of shit talent can be lucky enough to catch someone off guard and throw them out.
And that is the truth of the matter!
