"Only given an hour, eh? Well..."
Amy remembers the meeting she had with Miss Banks when she had just arrived at MayheM, finally pushing herself through the crowds to meet her boss after being pushed away. She hoped she had gained some respect from her in that instance...
"... at least I'm not gonna be the small girl being pushed to the very back, this time..."
She walks down to her office in confidence, hoping her words in her interview struck a chord with the entire roster, and her bosses. She meant every last one of them. Three years of waiting... and now?
A little edge comes with but a simple...
*knock, knock, knock...*

Another tapping at the door. He had been wise to stand to the right of it, a simple extension of his arm would grab hold of the knob and swing it wide open. He does so, and turns his head to which side the visitor would enter. Arms crossed, his right eye at its corner watches the visitor enter...

"Whoa... ehm..."
She froze a bit at the sight of the behemoth, smiling, slightly...
"Hey. How's it going? You're looking pretty...
....
Silent, today?"
She didn't know what else to say to the near stone goliath guard dog of Miss Banks so she glances back over at her...
"Well... uhmm... Hi, Miss Banks! It's real nice to see you again, back in charge and all..."

I wasn't ever "not in charge and all" to begin with, Miss Rhoades.
Yes. Silvia remembered her quite well during the fiasco that was her MayheM "house-warming" party. She waves the icy blue-eyed young talent over to a spot marked with an X. The camera was way across the other side of the room, as if this was some sort of promo shooting to commence.
I hope all is well, and let me be the first to say congratulations on your win at the house show. You and Miss Boston Star, I believe?... are quite the duo. Too bad that isn't something that's going to last come Absolution, hmm??

"Well, probably not during, but..."
Stepping into the X, Amy looks around, shrugging.
"You never know? She seemed pretty cool when I got to hang out with her... so, yeah. Would be cool if it lasted, but that's one of the things that's hard to come by in this business, since you know you're always going to have to face those closest to you. Just, kinda hope she's well aware and mature about it, 'cuz I am not going to let her stop me from taking that championship..."

I admire your vigor, Miss Rhoades. And I'm sure that you'd like to bring more of a likelihood in your hopes of securing the Debutante Championship, correct? This is your moment, then. Since we are looking for GCW's first TOP Debutante, which of course is in conjunction with becoming GCW's first Debutante Champion, I'd like for you to tell the world... and especially myself... WHY you believe you should. What makes you different? What are the faults that make you who you are? What can you bring to the table that your soon to be opponent can not?
She points over to the camera within the room, as if cueing the cameraman to flip the switch... that little red light at the top.

"Well, simple, Miss Banks, and everyone... "
She glances at the camera, keeping her gaze to it...
It's been a long time coming for me. Every single hardship, and set back, and reason to up and quit this business... and I'm still here, and I'm still standing. I didn't quit, I didn't give in to corporate demands, I stayed as myself, and I stayed original. I didn't become some knock off, rip off, trying to rip into everybody, like I know I very well could have become, especially given my experience as a trainer.
I didn't give into the "Big boobs is greater than skill" philosophy, you have 100%, natural, me, that I work hard every day to be who I can be, and I train daily to fight in the best, beneficiary style to someone of my size. I'm not trying to be anybody here, I'm being myself, and I'm bringing my own game to the table, nobody else's phoned in thinking that it can net me a win. I'm not doing moves I see others doing just because they get lucky with it.
What I bring to the table that nobody else does? I bring Amy Rhoades. I bring three years of being a trainer, I bring a year of wrestling in front of live shows, and I bring the desire and hunger of someone who was wrongfully held back over their looks. You want a rightful first champion? Look no further. You want the Iconic Top Debutante? It's me, through and through. It's not some fake bitch, it's not some anti-social psycho, and it's not one of these bubbly teens or dark goth girls. The way I see it, there's only three that are worthy enough of that title, and I stand head and shoulders above the rest. I bring the drive, and I swear to God, I walk out Champion, or I don't walk out at all. Consider that."
Amy is a little bit shaking from the promo, fired up at her own words for this upcoming tournament. Every word was true, and she aimed to go headfirst, headstrong through this entire tournament to win what she entirely believed was hers.

She claps once... only once.
Three, you say? Mind if I ask who the three are? And bear in mind, I've yet to here what you think of the person that is standing in your way in becoming that iconic Top Debutante, Miss Rhoades. This is only what will ultimately decide the environment you two will be doing battle in is all, an advantage that would be in the hands of the one who is most impressive here...
She plays it off with a sense of sarcasm, yet she wonders if Miss Rhoades caught the hint of the word "environment" and its possible connotations...

"Honestly? My first opponent, and who I think will be my last. Boston, it's going to be rough. It really is... She and I seem to connect very well, but it's this type of business that pits friends against friends as much as they do enemies. I mean, lets face it. Veranica's an annoying rip off... Lessien hides in the shadows, Kelly's a young, unproven rookie, Angel seems more content to be a tag team wrestler, and, while Jennifer Drew may be a big name... I don't think its her time with the level of competition against her. Don't get me wrong, I think she's good and all... but yeah. There's three and I mean, only, three, that I see as the total prospects to be the Debutante Champion, and one of them I'm eliminating first.
You may be wondering why I neglected someone in that little speech... well, because the other one I think, despite them being on the other show, is who I think my final opponent, my final roadblock will be in the tournament. Shelby Steele. The girls on as big of a hot streak as I am, and I've got to say, I'm entirely impressed watching her. Studying her... that technical game, that submission game... I know full well that Amy Rhoades against Shelby Steele in the finale is a very, very, very real, possibility, an honor, truthfully. Someone that dedicated to her craft, someone that precise, I can see no better rival in this entire tournament than her. With her and Boston* in my way? That's more than enough drive than I need, even with a championship thrown into the mix. To actually be called better than those two, who are highly respectable individuals? It's what I'm here for, it's what I've stuck around this business for... Proving myself, and taking the glories that I know that I can achieve. It starts at this tournament, Miss Banks, whether I win your favour or not. I'll take any element, whether it be my own, where I'd have a few things to jump off of, or slam the opponent into, to whatever type of event they want to throw at me. I'll even work on my submission game if need-be... Nothing will stop me."

She knows of the obstacles that are awaiting and will await her... Impressive.
Even though you say you can, don't you think it'd be in your best interest to win my favour? A slight advantage never hurt anyone from my general understanding... Yet... care to list how you represent the facets that take to be a Top Debutante as it was illustrated by your wonderful general manager in that broadcast?

"Ah, yes... the TV program. Without ego, Miss Banks? I know I look DAMN good... and these icy blue eyes are going to be the calling card of the top Debutante. Innovative? I've seen each and every thing that this business can throw at you, don't think I can adapt? I wouldn't be here if I couldn't... these ladies won't know what hit 'em. A style all to myself? I live that. I didn't bow to what the "style," or "stride," was, I kept my own. Call it a bit of my edgy personality. Just ask Veranica in one of my few face to faces with that one... I'm not going to take any crap from these "almighty egos" that think they belong in that spot. I haven't ever, and I never will start.
And finally...
Fierce?"
She holds up three fingers...
"I think I'm doing MayheM quite proud there... and, I do believe... that I'm the only one. Three and "O" Miss Banks. Six and "O" by the end of the evening, Miss Banks. It doesn't get any more fierce than that..."

She nods her head in approval. This one definitively has much to offer... and she would be an excellent candidate for assuming the role of GCW's first Top Debutante Champion. The mere fact that she was also MayheM talent only helps her case even more...
Yes, that is quite fierce, Miss Rhoades. I do hope that you live up to your word and bring the Debutante Championship over to MayheM in its first go around... as I expect all my MayheM superstars that are in championship bouts to bring the interbranded championships over to the A-show. But do know that you've been impressive to say the least... and that your plea will be taken fully under consideration. But tell me, dear, just between us girls... and of course, the world... what type of match you'd like to face this Miss Boston* I've been hearing so much about? It could be yours to come true... if Miss Star goes AWOL on something as important as this. Choose wisely...

It's been a while that Radimir hadn't seen a smile on Lady Bankova's face... especially after receiving the dire news about Duke Libertinski... and his current state of health. He yearns for that day to come, when he finally meets the one or ones responsible for it all. He'd have one word for them... Dasdivania...
Nevertheless, Lady Bankova is enjoying herself. At least this small blue-haired nymph wasn't a complete waste of time. Yet as with all things concerning others not in his inner circle... he's either indifferent or spiteful. Lucky for her, he was merely indifferent.

A ferocious steel cage match? Dare I say that is quite bold of you, Miss Rhoades. Care to elaborate a bit more though? Escapes legal? Yes... no? Pins? As with all things, of course there's a difference...
