Tick, tick, tick, tick ...
What an interesting day it is today, nothing happens ... no meetings, … nothing to do and only one word is needed to describe how Kimberly Masters feels at the moment …
Boring
That’s the word, and that is exactly what Kimberly is, she is bored. Christina has disappeared somewhere … properly in a shopping centre again to buy some new clothes. It is a bit strange that the shopping centres are selling clothes in her size … not to speak of the dresses. Damn, Kim is really jealous after she has seen this expansive dress Christie has bought for herself just a couple of days ago. Red silk … and the cut, just fantastic … She wants such a nice dress as well, it has just been way to long since the last time she went shopping. Maybe she should do that as well.
Tick, tick, tick, tick ,…
Kim is tipping with her fingers against the wood of the table in the café she is sitting. Her hot coffee latte has already cooled down which only shows that Kim is sitting here since quite some time. She let out a sad moan and leans on her elbow, her head tilt to the side as she moves the spoon in the coffee around. … Just so boring…

When walking past the cafe Logan Steel notices Kimberly Masters sitting all by herself and he decides to go over since he has some free time and wants to get to know her, also his wife isn't with him so he won't get into trouble either. He walks over and he becomes more and more nervous as he gets closer to Ms Masters.
"Come on Logan you have wrestled in front of millions all over the world talking to her should be easy for you"
Logan would often talk aloud to himself, most of the time it was harmless other times it got him into lots of trouble.
"May I get you a fresh latte Ms Masters?"

Getting pulled out of her thoughts, Kim quickly raise her head only to notice that a to her unknown man is standing in front of her. She looks confused as she hasn’t understand what he has just said, so she just ask him what he wants.

His eyes immediately darted to her...Um...Breast area of course. Smiling as he awaited her to turn her focus towards him. Once he made eye contact with his old friend he spoke up towards the man that had strolled into the cafe only a few seconds before, nodding his head in his direction as a sign of greeting...
"How's it going man? Cameron Kincaid."
The unknown man gave Cameron the same only seconds before Cam switched his focus back to his one time manager and former VIW GM...
"I figured we'd run into each other sooner or later. I heard about Toronto from Sergio. Sorry that didn't work out. How'd you end up in the same place as Miss Angel again though? Gonna give "it" a second shot?" |

Who knows Cam? Maybe I have just done that what I wanted to do ... and now after all this has done I might want to start new. You know, new life, new carrier … better carrier …more money of course and more fans that will be able to recognize me. Fans that will kiss the ground on which I am walking.
A smile appears on her face as she said that before Kim starts to giggle.
That was of course a joke …but I guess you are here for the same reason as I am Cam, right?

"Nah, not entirely the "same" as you but, remotely? Just wanna get back in the ring and get back on track. The past 5 or 6 months haven't exactly been my best ya' know.
Don't want the wrestling world to think Cameron Kincaid is just some fly by night thing so, I got my work cut out for me. The rest of you've done pretty well for yourselves in the business. I'm really the only one who's yet to even reach half of his potential. Guess that's classic youngest of the "family" syndrome eh? Meh...

Properly, but I wouldn’t worry so much about that ... it has always been like that the youngest in a family has the most success. Which means it is only a matter of time till you surpass your older “brothers”, so to speak. Of course things like this won’t be happen over night … but rather are a long process. Let me show you an example … we have a former GM who has lost her job after the company she has worked for has closed … the only job she was able to get was … as secretary for a crazy little princess … but she continues to work hard … and then just 1 year later she is back in the spot she has once called her own, as GM of a wrestling promotion.
And now lets us take this concept back to you Cam. Success full start in the business, a small and short deep, but now …ready to rise to the sky, showing all this doubters that you are indeed, ravenous

Hm ... I have a few people in my mind who would be nice addition of the Lock Up! roster, but I am not sure if I will have a big influence on the drafts after all. Could be that the only decision that the GM’s can make for their roster is to pick a small ball with a name of it wrestler in it, out of a big bowl. But on the other side we might be able to handpick a few people we want to have and then work against each other to get the most talented people … I really don’t know it yet, but you can beg that you will be one of my first picks again … you know the past always tends to repeat itself … so who knows, everything is possible.

Kimberly turns her attention to Mr. Steel, Mr. Steel? … Funny name both Cam and Kim know another man with this name, may her rest in piece. But this is of course beyond the point, he just asked her if he could get a Lock Up! contract, something she has just talked about with Cam.
Well, you are not able to get an Lock Up! contract Mr. Steel, nobody is able to do that … you are only able to get an GCW standard wrestling contract. As I have just told Mr. Kincaid, the decision who is on which roster is not up to the General Managers but rather to the owner Miss Angel and Miss Wallace.
Turning her attention back to Cam to say something about the “home team” pat.
Indeed, that would be very nice to have at least one of the family around myself and to the part that Miss Banks is HAWT, I can only agree with you about that.

Whilst waiting for Cameron Kincaid to respond Logan decides to speak up again as no one told him to leave.
"Well I said the LockUP contract is ONE of my motives of coming over to see you."
Logan pauses briefly
"I left my old job on bad terms, and I am running short on the friends at the moment. Sure I have been talking to Angel Fyre but there I always get the feeling that he is someone who I should watch what I say or do. Not that I go around saying bad things all of the time? But the guy gives me the feeling that I can never completely trust him and the A-list life style is not totally me. All I am doing is looking for new friends and to find my feet here!"
Logan stops and turns to Kincaid
"Sorry to interrupt there, please continue!"
Logan stands quietly as he waits...
